Cant swim out the front due to the tide but that isnt the hotel issue. Pool was quite warm most of the day but not critical...

We are extremely happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was always smiling and ready to help :)

Le personnel très sympathique toujours à l'écoute. L'emplacement légèrement écarté du port. Ce qui permet si on le souhaite une ambiance plus calme. Et tous les soirs, vers 15h 30 jusqu'à 21 heures super ambiance au coucher de Soleil avec vue imprenable.
L’établissement est très joli, bon petit déjeuner avec du choix à la carte. Les pancakes sont excellents ! Le bar « Pink sunset kiss » de l’hôtel sur la plage juste en face est très agréable (dj qui joue du saxophone, spectacle de feu…), vraie ambiance vacances !
A notre arrivée après avoir marchés pendant 25 minutes environ depuis le port, il n’y avait personne à la réception et nous avons dû attendre 10 minutes pour faire notre check in donc pour une première image pas top surtout pour le peu de taux d’activité à cette période… Bien que grande, la piscine est beaucoup trop chaude, cela n’est pas du tout rafraîchissant ni agréable, c’est la première fois que l’on voit ceci dans un hôtel. De plus, l’établissement vente le fait de donner des « surprises » et des petites attentions aux clients en chambre etc mais nous n’en avons jamais eu lors de notre séjour. On ne s’attendait à rien mais le fait de promouvoir cela c’est dommage du coup…

The location of the hotel is quite nice, little walk / drive from the harbour, the pool was exquisite and worth spending time in it. Nothing beyond it was good.
The rooms are ordinary, and didn't match their tagine: constant surprises. Instead for two days at the breakfast time we were surprised to see no one was available at the restaurant and we had to wait like 5-10 mins just to give our breakfast order. The rooms are not what it looks in the pictures, the bathrooms don't have exhaust and just an attached bathroom and toilet. Obviously it gets smelly. Welcome drink was not fresh and poured from fridge. Staff is good, but slow. The waiter spoilt our pizza order, and for oregano and chilli flakes we had to wait half n hour and our pizza got cold. Food is not good, service is super slow if you happen to sit towards beech area. Took half an hour and a shout to get our bill, just to understand the bill printing machine is not working, which was printing bills for outside customers when we passed by the counter.
Overall negative experience and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
This was our second stay at this gem of a hotel. A 3 star hotel with 6 star service. Every staff member goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Special praise to Deng who works tirelessly to ensure your stay is memorable whilst bringing little treats to all guests around the pool. Also Nilu whose smile lights up the place whilst providing excellent service and amazing food. Also thanks to the cleaning staff who come twice a day, doing a fantastic job and leaving little treats every evening. Even if you don't stay here, the evening sunset saxophone and fire show is unmissable and the best in Gili T. We will be back to our happy place soon as this amazing hotel is in our hearts.
