The location of the hotel is quite nice, little walk / drive from the harbour, the pool was exquisite and worth spending time in it. Nothing beyond it was good.
The rooms are ordinary, and didn't match their tagine: constant surprises. Instead for two days at the breakfast time we were surprised to see no one was available at the restaurant and we had to wait like 5-10 mins just to give our breakfast order. The rooms are not what it looks in the pictures, the bathrooms don't have exhaust and just an attached bathroom and toilet. Obviously it gets smelly. Welcome drink was not fresh and poured from fridge. Staff is good, but slow. The waiter spoilt our pizza order, and for oregano and chilli flakes we had to wait half n hour and our pizza got cold. Food is not good, service is super slow if you happen to sit towards beech area. Took half an hour and a shout to get our bill, just to understand the bill printing machine is not working, which was printing bills for outside customers when we passed by the counter.
Overall negative experience and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
This was our second stay at this gem of a hotel. A 3 star hotel with 6 star service. Every staff member goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Special praise to Deng who works tirelessly to ensure your stay is memorable whilst bringing little treats to all guests around the pool. Also Nilu whose smile lights up the place whilst providing excellent service and amazing food. Also thanks to the cleaning staff who come twice a day, doing a fantastic job and leaving little treats every evening. Even if you don't stay here, the evening sunset saxophone and fire show is unmissable and the best in Gili T. We will be back to our happy place soon as this amazing hotel is in our hearts.
Nothing- perfect
Приехала специально на Новый год, ожидая что такой концептуальный отель обязательно придумает что-то классное. В итоге была стандартная вечерняя программа (саксофон, файер-шоу), в 22 все закончилось.
Из constant surprises был только браслетик-нитка при въезде. При цене 120 долларов за ночь - мощно.
Два раза ( днем и вечером) приходилось из ресторана спускаться вниз и звать официанта, потому что никто не приходил принять заказ.
Не знаю о каком сервисе идет речь.
Единственное, за что спасибо - забыла у них бутылку шампанского в номере, вспомнила только через день, ее вернули. Сам отель миленький, спору нет.

Dated hotel, the constant surprises included: getting the wrong key for my room, having house keeping forget my room, cold unappetizing snacks and being treated like a second class citizen because I didn't book direct so everything was an extra charge. Food at the hotel was very overpriced. The hotel was pretty empty so there was no real social vibe. The staff were often socializing with each other and asking for anything felt like you were interrupting. Checked out a day early and no refund was given.
I absolutely loved this hotel! It overlooks the pool, the rooms are very unique, and I especially loved the bathroom – you can hear the rain and see the sun. The breakfast changed daily, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
This would have to be the best place we have ever stayed it’s so so gorgeous rooms are spotless and super gorgeous, beds and pillows perfect the pool is great and the surprises that come out every 30 min are divine they freshen your room in the evening with the most gorgeous things The staff are the most wonderful munchkins I have evert met I can’t recommend this place enough ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely loved this stay. All the little touches and details. Everything pristine clean. Staff lovely and we rented bike from them. Amazing location, amazing sunset view on the beach, great night shows, the breakfast and dinner we had was lovely

Best hotel I have ever stayed in, also stayed in pink coco uluwatu. The staff are absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for you, honestly the best service I have ever had. Hotel was gorgeous pool was amazing everything about it could not fault it
