The hotel was perfect for my stay as I have friends in the area. Close to the fantastic beach.
Pros:

It is a room only hotel. Very satisfied with my stay and it was what I expected for the price I paid. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Tea and coffee in the room, en-suite and tv.

It wasn’t great don’t think I would stay here again to be honest
Pros:

I liked that it was located near the beach .

Cons:

I didn’t like how dirty the kettle was . The bed was very uncomfortable some of the plug sockets were in places you couldn’t get to .

Probably the quietest spot in Gorleston
Pros:

The host gave us a friendly welcome and gave us rooms that were comfortable and spacious. The rooms were clean and well presented.

Cons:

There were a few stains on the walls which could easily be wiped off, for an even better experience.

Fabulous
Pros:

Overall the hotel was lovely. And the location was brilliant. Could have better lighting on hall way outside of room.

Cons:

Didn't see any of the staff. Not get answer on the phone.

Pros:

Location ,comfy bed and pillows and tv selection was good.there was a jacuzzi bath but no hot water to use it

Cons:

Dusty behind tv and bedside tables , skirting boards dusty, noisy inconsiderate people above , banging til gone 4am , didn't see any staff from the second I got my keys 4 days later still not seen anyone. No parking , no hot water, bar was shut, WiFi connection very poor , even when I used my own Internet I couldn't get a signal .

Great location don't need a bar or breakfast there walk out in morning 200 yards to beach cafe brilliant massive choice and 2 great bars - free parking

Cons:

Nothing really 70 a night - lovelly owner meets you get the key away you go

just about passable, no thrills place, for the money lacking a great deal

Cons:

cant stand single beds, they should be made illegal, very dangerous, tiny little sink that i couldnt get both hands in to wash face in the morning, no chair to watch the tiny telly, tea mug also tiny, i always bring my own for a descent mug of tea, a fridge would of helped to keep milk cold etc, the wall was so thin i could here the neigbour having a pee!! The last place i stayed in gave a good breakfast, St Annes in Great Yarmouth and all round better
