Zahlung per Internetseite des Hotels: nach 2x abbuchung( von mein Kt.,mit Bestätigung vom Hotel über Eingang des Geldes) SOLLTE man einen Kod erhalten zw. Eingangstür/Schlüssel. Nach 90 Minütigen Versuch kam immer wieder“ Zahlung ausstehend, =weitere Schritte nicht mögl. Bei Versuch bei Anruf an TelNr. meldete sich ein anderes Hotel in einem anderen Dorf, die natürlich nix davon wussten. Nach Recherche über die Hoteleigentümer (?)„STAYFRITZ “ entdeckte einen Nr. wo sich eine Dame meldete und bestätigte dass diese Internetseite NICHT FUNKTIONIERT (!!!!)und verspr aß ch mir den o. g.Cod 1Stunde vorm Einckecken zu schicken. Zur Zeitpunkt vom vereinbarten Einchecken war immernoch kein Code angekommen. Rief erneut beim „ STAYFRITZ“ wo die aktuelle Mitarbeiterin erneut von Nix wusste… nachbringe hin/ und her bekam endlich den Kod.
EIN HOTEL OHNE EINEN EINZIGEN MENSCHEN an wen man wenden könnte wenn etw. nicht klappen oder funktionieren würde!!!!!!!! FÜR MICH HORROR und für diese Preis: UNMÖGLICH!!!!

Zusammengefasst: Die Lage top, die Aussicht top, Bayrischzell insgesamt top – aber dieses Zimmer im Hotel leider nicht ganz.

Das Zimmer ist nicht gerade günstig (102,75 € für 1 Nacht inkl. Kurtaxe für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind unter 2 Jahren). Es gab ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett, ein Bad, einen Fernseher und WLAN – das war’s.

Es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Duschgel, Wasserkocher, Kaffee oder Tee. Das Frühstück war zwar sehr gut, aber solche Basics sollten trotzdem vorhanden sein. Es gab lediglich Flüssigseife.

Außerdem waren die Wände ziemlich schmutzig. Auf den ersten Blick fällt es vielleicht nicht sofort auf, aber es macht keinen guten Eindruck. Im Badezimmer war der Mülleimer noch vom vorherigen Gast fast voll – das ist wirklich sehr schlecht!

Auch die Betten sind zu klein. Das Doppelbett ist für zwei Erwachsene nicht ausreichend groß. Man braucht einfach mehr Platz. Meine Frau und mein Kind haben dort geschlafen, ich musste im Einzelbett schlafen, das ebenfalls sehr unbequem war.

Ein weiterer sehr ungewöhnlicher Punkt: Das Badezimmer ist auf etwa 70–80 cm Höhe komplett durchsichtig – man sieht alles. Das ist absolut unpassend und unangenehm.

Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft nur durchschnittlich bewerten. Außerdem ist der Check-in/Check-out unnötig kompliziert, da es vor Ort kein Personal gibt.

Pros:

Gemütliches Bett, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Bad nicht heizbar (Kalt!), Dusche spritzt sehr stark raus, Türe zum Flur wirklich nicht schallisolierend man hörte jeden leisesten schritt oder gespräch.
