Beautiful, clean, outstanding spa on site, location for all activities within easy access, excellent food, pool area.
They set up a private shuttle to commute us from the airport for $200. Upon arrival the driver expected us to pay him in cash, which was never mentioned when we booked the transportation to and from the airport. That drained two thirds of our cash, and we didn’t bring our debit cards. We didn’t have enough for the shuttle back and although the hotel said they’d help us with anything, all they could offer was an ATM. With a quick on line search we found an easy shuttle service that took credit cards for almost half what we paid previously. The property NEVER mentioned this, instead only offering the local driver they knew. Left a bad taste in our mouth. Also would have been nice to be told that we pay the “tours” directly, after the tour is over. We thought since we booked it through the hotel that the payment would be charged through the hotel to make it easy, but that wasn’t the case. After the tours the driver would make an addition stop at their office for those that didn’t book online for payment, very inconvenient for all people involved.

Vraiment au cœur de la nature surtout au niveau de la piscine vers 17h arras et singes étaient toujours de passage. La piscine est bien aménagée est a bonne température. Le déjeuner était très bon mais ne comporte que des plats avec oeufs , pas de sucré. C’est l’un des meilleurs hôtel qu’on a fait du pays
Des escaliers pour accéder à toutes les zones de l’établissement cela ne nous as posé aucune difficulté mais pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement faut mieux être au courant
The bungalow was spacious. Servers were helpful, kind and prompt.
I complained that the refrigerator and air conditioning unit weren't working. The refrigerator only needed to be adjusted however, I was working fine. I had it set at 17 C and it was barely cool. They gave me an excuse that it's because it's so hot and I replied that I was staying in Lagunas and had the unit set to 23 C with the room cold. I was advised it would be referred to a manager and nothing. I also asked to book a tour with a local company instead of the online companies, I was provided the day after I arrived. I had already explained I needed to rest from a retreat and requested for either of the following two days, never heard back. I addressed the matter again at checkout with a colleague of the original person at reception, my complaints were dismissed. Not once did they offer to change my room. They had the money prior to check-in and didn't care. I spoke to other guests and they were not experiencing the same issue with the air conditioner.

No balconies, the tv wasn’t working for 3 days.
The breakfast was good but repetitive.
Lots of stairs. If you mobility issues you will face challenges.
Beautiful setting, restaurant Yoto right at the property is very good
Bungalow fonctionnel, propre, agréable, avec terrasse et au milieu de verdure. Beaucoup d’animaux au sein même de l’hôtel. Personnel attentionné.
Nous avons moins aimé le concept du restaurant Yolo, un peu bruyant.
Séjour très agréable au calme avec un personnel très accueillant et bienveillant . L'hôtel est entouré d'une vegetation tropicale où se cachent de nombreux animaux . Nous avons pu y voir diffetents oiseaux mais aussi des agoutis , iguanes , lézards , aras , singes et paraisseux.
Les chambres sont bien équipées, la literie est confortable.
Les 2 restaurants proposent une carte riche de plats délicieux.
