Generalnie ok, poza cięciami kosztów poprzez zimną wodę w strefie spa oraz niedogrzewanie sauny. Na tym poziomie hotelu

Cons:

Zimna woda w jacuzzi oraz basenie, sauna o godzinie 11.00 miała 60 stopni a temperatura nie rosła.

Znakomity hotel
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko. Strzeżony parking - super opcja. Pokoje czyste, komfortowe, dobrze wyposażone - plus za czajnik, szklanki, herbate, kawe i wode w butelkach. Pyszne jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji, obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna. No i basen z jaccuzi - super opcja na relaks czy brzydką pogode za oknem.

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz, do której można by sie przyczepić, to przy większej liczbie gości basen jest za mały, robi sie dość ciasno.

Generalnie hotel godny polecenia na weekendowy wyjazd
Pros:

Obsługa bardzo profesjonalna oraz pomocna. Pokoje czyste, przestrzenne, niczego nie brakowało w wyposażeniu. Jeśli chodzi o posiłki przy bufecie śniadaniowym ogromny wybór, wszystko było na bieżąco przez Panie uzupełniane i podawane świeże ciepłe jedzenie.

Cons:

Jedyny mankament, to chłodna woda w basenach oraz jacuzzi temperatura wody powinna być trochę wyższa, szczególnie w jacuzzi na zewnątrz, temperatura wody była zbyt niska do tej która panowała na zewnątrz, więc korzystanie z niego nie było do końca komfortowe. Mam nadzieję, że moja opinia zostanie pozytywnie rozpatrzona i przy następnym pobycie nie będzie już żadnych uniedogodnień.

Pobyt niestety rozczarowujący. Hotel reklamuje się jako 4-gwiazdkowy, ale standard pokoi zdecydowanie na to nie zasługuje – wyposażenie przeciętne, brak dbałości o detale. Basen to kolejne rozczarowanie: bardzo mały, a woda zimna, co całkowicie wyklucza relaks. Śniadania również pozostawiały sporo do życzenia – wybór ograniczony, jakość jedzenia średnia.
Na plus można zaliczyć uprzejmą obsługę, która starała się być pomocna, ale to za mało, by zrekompensować ogólny niedosyt. Zdecydowanie nie wrócę i nie polecam osobom oczekującym standardu adekwatnego do 4 gwiazdek
