Pros:

Definitely not in a stunning location, but it does what it's supposed to extremely well, so its rating is well deserved. The added bonus was that it's a few minutes drive from a top quality restaurant, Le Bretagne (if you're lucky enough to be there on a night when it's open).
We found the website confusing, so to be clear, it does serve a very good breakfast, which is an additional cost, but not expensive.

Pros:

emplacement idéal pour notre réveillon en famille facilité d'accès et grand parking calme et très bonne literie

Cons:

le bâtiment est vieillot et mal isolé le tout nécessiterait une remise en forme et un petit lifting

le café du petit déjeuner n'est pas excellent loin de là fournisseur à revoir
