Der Putz Frauen waren Nix da in Zimmer zum aufräumen , musste ich gehen Baden Tuch wecksel und muhl!! Der Decke konnte Nix benutzen richt nix als frisch!! Sohns nette Dame ins Rezeption fur do eine kleine Stadt der Preis ist sehr hoch ohne frustuck

Mobiler uzat, perdele murdare. Personalul pare foarte nepregătit
La etajul inferior este o sală de evenimente, de luat în considerare ca zgomotul este foarte puternic
Prețul este extrem pentru un oraș uitat de lume cu un peisaj dezolant, dar probabil de profită neexistând concurență

Frumos dar galagios!

Zgomotul infernal din ultima seara.
In prima seara cand am ajuns am intrebat de mic dejun ni s -a spus ca nu au restaurant in hotel si ca restaurantul de peste drum este tot al lor... surpriza mare a fost cand am ajuns sambata la hotel si muzica rasuna din toate incheieturile hotelului , sala de evenimente fiind la etajul doi. De cum am intrat in hotel era imposibil sa discuti sa te auzi cu cel de langa tine. Cu speranța ca in camera va fi mai bine am urcat dar la fel... dezamagitor poate daca eram informati de la inceput de acest eveniment alegeam sa nu cumparam 3 nopti de cazare. Situația s-a terminat bine pana la urma ne a fost restituita o noapte de cazare cu precizarea ca e hotel/restaurant de către alt receptioner desi initial ni s-a spus ca nu au restaurant! Surpriza mare, la ora 11 cand ne am pus pe drum sa cautam alte cazări am aflat ca alte persoane au trecut prin aceeași situație si au renunțat la cazarea de acolo.
Atenție la acest aspect eventual recomand sa întrebați daca au evenimente restaurantul fiind la etajul 2 e imposibil ca cineva sa mai doarma acolo pentru a nu rămâne pe drumuri noaptea... daca eram cu copiii era groaznic sa trecem prin asta, cea mai apropiata cazare am gasit o disponibila la 23 de km ( la ora 00:00 e dificil in zona sa mai gasesti ceva)
In rest raport calitate pret ok, frumos amenajat pacat insa de acest aspect.

Amenities misrepresented online. No room service, No onsite restaurant, no iron, no kettle, and wifi was free but spotty. Breakfast is included but not served until 8:00 am

Pros:

The room was large and the bed nice and firm . The bathroom was really nice as well.

Cons:

Only 1 problem, which is why a gave a 9 instead of a 10.. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. I informed the maid and she kindly installed 2 plug in mosquito repelling devices in my room. No more bites after that.

If you want a deluxe hotel choose Orhideea!
Pros:

The room is not big is huge. It have all you need for a wonderful accomodation, including cofee expressor. Central hotel, clean room, nice stuff, good breakfast.
