Nicht mehr als ansprechend

Als ich 18:30 Uhr nach einem langen Arbeitstag vor einem verschlossenen Hotel stand, war ich schon irritiert. Die Dame, die ich dann laut einem Blatt Papier, was in die Tür geklebt war, angerufen habe, hat sich weder mit Namen noch mit Hotelnamen gemeldet. Ich wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass ich per mail Bescheid bekommen hätte, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt sei bei meiner Ankunft. Resümee: Es hat ein echtes Willkommensgefühl gefehlt. Ich habe keine mails bekommen und damit keine Details über unbesetzte Rezeption, kein Sauna nutzbar, wann Frühstück möglich ist, wo ich das Passwort für das WLAN finde, etc. Das Frühstücksbuffee war ok, aber frische Sachen, wie Obst und Gemüse, waren darauf leider nichtt zu finden. Die 100,- € für ein Einzelzimmer mit extrem durchgelegener Matratze waren es leider nicht wert.
