The cleanliness and breakfast
There is no in house restaurant. Guests should be made comfortable by giving them this facility of ordering food whenever needed since the hotel is very far from Ramoji Film City and main road. There are no good eateries outside. Pick up and drop to Ramoji Film City should be provided.
Location and the Ambience
Breakfast is not at all good.
The staff at the resort was nice and the restaurant team member Sudhakar rao was extremely courteous. The Front Office Manager Mr Venkatesh was courteous.
It's way out of the city
Ambience around the buildings, Staff. The whole campus is quite refreshing.
Room size could have been somewhat bigger. Little cleaner.
Over all pathetic experience over there. I have to stay for 20 minutes at the reception no one was there on the reception. I asked about it no one answered.
The next day i asked for dental kit. They told me collect it from reception and also on chargeable basis.
It was absolute pathetic
The breakfast spread is good. The rooms are clean.
Better connectivity or the Hotel website offering transport facilities details from To & fro Airport or train stations
Staff behaviour
The window can't be locked and it's far from Ramoji main gate.
I traveled with my family for one night on 29th Dec. Experience with staff and staying in a hotel is horrible. I will not recommend it . It is not worth what we paid. Hotel is too far from facility which is remote and you will not any family restaurant. The details and chargers shown on the website are not accurate. I will not recommend this hotel at all. Please don't waste your money and energy. You will get a very better hotel opposite to flimcity.
