Sauber, komfortabel und sehr freundlich!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel mit Potential nach oben.
Pros:

Wir hatte ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück. Das Zimmer war klein, aber schön und sauber, ebenso das Bad. Super Wasserdruck und das Wasser war auch schnell heiß. Das Bett war zwar sehr weich, aber wirklich extrem bequem.

Cons:

Ich hatte direkt beim Einchecken darum gebeten, dass ich einen Waschlappen aufs Zimmer gelegt bekomme. (Benötige ich zum Abschminken) Dies wurde mir zugesagt. Leider war am Abend kein Waschlappen vorhanden. Ich bat dann erneut darum für den zweiten Abend, auch hier wurde mit wieder ein entsprechendes "Seiftuch/Waschlappen" zugesagt. Leider war trotzdem keiner im Zimmer. Es kann ja sein, dass das Hotel kein entsprechendes Equipment hat, aber dann hätte ich mir eine Nachricht oder Information hierzu gewünscht.
Das Bett hatte zwei und flache, schmale Kopfkissen (40*80) und nur ein dickeres 80x80. Es wäre schön, wenn von Anfang an für zwei Personen auch zwei große Kissen zur Verfügung stünden. (Auf Anfrage am zweiten Morgen erhielten wir ein zweites)
Weiterhin war im Bad sowohl die Seife am Waschbecken, als auch in der Dusche leer(fiel mir erst auf, als ich nass in der Dusche stand), diese wurde auf Nachfrage durch den Zimmerservice (für die zweite Nacht) aufgefüllt.
Dies sind alles keine k.o. Kriterien für das Hotel, aber bei 145,-€ pro Nacht (ohne Frühstück) hätte ich mir einfach etwas mehr gewünscht.

Sehr gute Lage, im Winter zu kalt.
Pros:

Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Zimmer waren eiskalt und zugig. Nachts mit Bekleidung im Bett geschlafen und am Morgen durchgefroren. Das Zimmer hatte ich für meine betagten Eltern gebucht.
