Servizio eccellente, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi

La stanza era vicina al bar e quindi molto rumorosa

La struttura è attaccata praticamente a Humanitas e lo staff è stato super gentile

Cons:

Non so se è dipeso dal fatto che stavano ristrutturando la struttura ma in camera c’era un’aria secca terribile. Non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio.

Grazie al personale per l'accoglienza.
Pros:

Il personale è straordinariamente gentile e collaborativo, in pratica si fanno in quattro per soddisfare le tue richieste. Il ristorante che ti propongono (ma solo se glielo chiedi) è a due passi, è buono e essendo convenzionato con loro, ti fanno il 10% di sconto.

Cons:

La colazione è un po' scarsa, in genere gli hotel offrono più scelta, ma non siamo morti di fame né abbiamo dovuto supplire con una fermata in un bar.

Cons:

Far from Milan's center, travelling by public transport takes around 1 hour, but by car it's 15 min, and ideal to avoid crowded spaces
