La ubicación es lo único que rescatamos

Cons:

Nos cancelaron y tuvimos que pagar con un medio de pago que no habiamos acordado por la página. Nos cambiaron de hotel a un lugar espantoso. Nos trataron y recibieron pésimo.

la verdad nunca más voy a ese lugar , me dieron otro edificio ,en el hotel supuestamente no había habitación ,tenía las cortinas rotas , no servía el aire. no había recepción. un edificio parece abandonado la verdad terrible y dicen que Booking sobre oferta habitaciones. muy costoso para tan mal lugar

Cons:

Las instalaciones muy sucias , rotas , estuvimos dos días sin tollas , sin jabón , el aire acondicionado no funciona , el personal sin ninguna educación, sin ninguna ayuda con los problemas del establecimiento , mal vestidos , mal educados , bordes , déspotas , hablando a los clientes con indiferencia , nadie tenía ninguna responsabilidad.
El hotel es tercermundista y asqueroso .
La puerta del baño rota , la puerta de la habitación la tuvimos que arrancar con un mueble .

Pros:

Nos guardaron las valijas un par de horas, para que podamos ir a comer desde que hicimos el checkout hasta que nos tocaba ir al aeropuerto, en nuestro caso no fueron ni dos horas. El personal muy atento.

Cons:

La habitacion tenia dos camas juntas por lo q resultaba incomodo, el aire no servia y hacia mucho calor, no tenia toallones ni secador.
