EL PEOR HOTEL QUE CONOCIMOS

lo único aceptable es la ubicacion

Cons:

Hay varias cosas que nos decepcionaron en primer lugar llegamos y el hotel y tuvimos que esperar media hora para que aparezca alguien que nos atienda.
Se cortó el aire y la luz de nuestra habitación ya que la térmica saltaba cada 2 minutos.
No teníamos llave de acceso tenía que venir una persona a abrirnos la puerta.
Todo sucio: sabanas sucias, con olor, tierra en el piso y muebles, toallas rotas y sucias.
Las ventanas con cortinas rotas y transparentes.
Nos quedamos esa noche porque llegamos tarde y no tuvimos otra opción luego desaparecimos para no volver nunca más.

El hotel horrible, el desayuno es solo un cafe, el ascensor parece que se va a caer. La tv es de los 90. La cama de dos plazas son dos camas juntas. Todo horrible

La ubicación es linda pero no nos alejaron en el hotel de las fotos sino en un edificio ubicado a una cuadra. La cortinas rotas. Toallas viejas. El desayuno con pan casi sin tostar.

Cons:

Tudo antigo, cama de solteiro juntas para formar casal, Wi-Fi não funciona, não tem serviço de quarto, café da manhã só serve a mesma coisa todos os dias.

Cons:

Los recepcionistas no son para nada agradables, te hablan despectivamente. En el desayuno había un recepcionista hombre que estaba hablando por teléfono sin parar y la que hacía el desayuno tuvo que ir a interrumpirlo para decirle que queríamos subir a la habitación, y sin ganas subió pero hablando por teléfono sin darnos importancia.
Además, el sistema que tienen de tener que abrirnos la puerta de la habitación ellos, me parece súper molesto e invasivo. Las habitaciones no son como las fotos, y no te dan suficientes frasadas, éramos 4 personas y solo había dos. A mitad de la noche tuvimos que abrigarnos con ropa del frío.
