Relax e tranquillita
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura, zona tranquilla, collegata al centro dal pedonale, la macchina, una volta trovato il parcheggio, non si usa più, la spiaggia antistante è libera e ho notato che l'educazione x la pulizia della stessa è presa molto in considerazione dagli utenti.

Cons:

Piccole attenzioni nella manutenzione della struttura, per esempio alcune alette rotte e mancanti nelle ante di chiusura delle finestre, il condizionatore in camera rumoroso e difettoso nel funzionamento... accettabile ma non da un 4 stelle a mio parere.

Professionalità e cortesia di tutto lo staff. Teo al welcome desk ci ha dato sempre le info necessarie con estrema puntualità, ma tutto lo staff merita un plauso. Ristorazione (gentilissimi e puntuali) Housekeeping, (la persona addetta al terzo piano è stata impeccabile) e tutto il personale del welcome desk.

Cons:

På vårat rum tändes lyser 6-8 gånger per natt helt utan anledning. Vi påtalade det för personalen redan första morgonen, dom sa då att dom skulle åtgärda detta, men andra kvällen började det tändas igen utan anledning redan 2200, vi gick då ner till receptionen men dom hade inget likvärdigt rum så vi fick inte byta rum. Detta gjorde att vi bara sov ca 3 timmar bägge nätterna. Vi fick ingen kompensation utan fick betala fullt pris trots att vi inte fick någon nattvila.
Hotellets manager har mycket att lära angående hur man tillmötes går kunder.

Cons:

152 € per una notte in una dépendance che sembrava ricavata da un ex negozio, con finestra oscurata affacciata su un giardinetto trascurato e sulla griglia di un pozzo di aerazione pieno di zanzare. Capisco che la sistemazione fosse descritta su Booking, ma il prezzo e soprattutto le 4 stelle fanno aspettare ben altro. Rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente insufficiente.

Ci siamo fermati per una notte pur avendo notato i limiti della struttura, non l’avremmo presa per due notti.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite con vista mare e balcone ma che oltre ad affacciarsi sul mare era affacciata verso altre case per cui si è costretti a tenere chiuse le persiane e/o le tende a rollo per un minimo di privacy. Delle normali tende ovvierebbero in buona parte al problema soprattutto di giorno. I materassi sono da cambiare perché usurati al punto che si rotolava nel solco creatosi con l’utilizzo nel tempo. Il lift fa un rumore assurdo al punto che ci siamo chiesti se veniva fatta la manutenzione. Gli spazi della camera erano molto ridotti. Un albergo spartano sicuramente non un quattro stelle né per offerta di servizi né di pulizia soprattutto al di fuori delle stanze, nei vani comuni.

Pros:

Colazione non pertinente ad un hotel a 4 stelle ma più per un tre stelle. Piatti base sia nel dolce che nel salato..mancava la parte della scelta yogurt (non c era neppure lo yogurt greco ormai presente ovunque ) ,nessun tipo di latte vegetale a disposizione,nessun biscotto fresco ma solo croissant di cartone e qualche torta neppure fresca. Nel complesso ok per una semplice colazione da hotel a 3 stelle ma non da 4 ..n

Cons:

La pulizia in primis !! Veramente pessima .. siamo entrati in stanza e togliendo le scarpe per evitare di sporcare ovunque ci siamo trovati sabbia e capelli sotto ai piedi.. nell' armadio presenza di qualche ragnatela e le condizioni della doccia pessime.. Il doccino completamente giallo e l'asta sporca di nero ( il colore originale bianco).. per essere 4 stelle con Spa ci aspettavamo almeno il bollitore in camera con qualche bicchiere invece assolutamente nulla ..pagato per un 4 stelle che in realtà non lo è
