Personale della reception disponibile, signore delle pulizie brave e gentili, camere carine, molto buone le colazioni e personale del servizio colazione attento e premuroso

Cons:

Servizio di ristorazione completamente da rivedere, attese troppo lunghe per i piatti, bassa qualità del cibo e camerieri non cordiali e disattenti nel servizio

Spiaggia libera ma … Lettini e ombrelloni a pagamento se forniti dalla struttura.
Garage a pagamento .
Colazione basica e molto poco varia .
Segnalato problemi elettrici in camera che portavano di giorno e di notte , distacchi continui e relative accensioni di alcune luc.
Disorganizzazione nella prenotazione del garage che avevo confermato nel marzo del 2026 , ma arrivato in struttura non era disponibile. Ogni giorno avrei dovuto spostare la macchina da un posto all’altro anche dove non c’era un vero e proprio posto auto .
Un giorno metto in garage uno scooter elettrico preso a noleggio e paradossalmente mi viene chiesto di pagare !!! Assurdo .
Unica nota positiva della collaboratrice che al ceck out è stata la sola delle 4 persone con le quali avevo parlato, e manifestato il disagio del garage, a farsi carico del problema e “agevolarmi” non addebitando il costo del garage.

Soggiorno relax nelle Marche

Ero in una dependance davanti al lungomare , bello svegliarsi di fronte al mare

Non c’erano alcune cose ( grucce, stendino , qualcosa per appoggiare in bagno) ma la reception e’ stata pronta a rimediare

Soggiorno davvero pessimo
Cons:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero spiacevole. Alla reception ci hanno accolto in malo modo, a malapena salutavano e rispondevo alle domande. Accoglienza davvero terribile. Abbiamo girato molti hotel in Italia e all'estero ed è la prima volta che abbiamo trovato una situazione del genere.
Siamo rimasti senza acqua per un giorno a causa di un guasto e nessuno ci ha rifornito di acqua. Il direttore non si è fatto vedere. Lo dovevamo incontrare per parlargli alle 8.30 e non si è fatto vedere. I giorni successivi è sparito. Anche altri clienti erano davvero delusi e arrabbiati! Non ci sono parole! In un hotel 4 stelle è inammissibile. E abbiamo preso la grandine che ci ha distrutto la macchina e allagato la camera. Siamo tornati a casa un giorno prima. Le ragazze delle pulizie invece molto brave e gentili.
Hotel da dimenticare! Lo sconsiglio!

Cons:

The room was dirty , too much mosquitos inside the room , the AC was very loud so that I couldn’t sleep .
The food was not good
The staff for the beach were gentle , but I had to pay everyday for the umbrella and the sunbeds.the parking was 15 min faaraway from the hotel because they were not enough parking inside .
