Café da manhã e toda estrutura no quarto do hotel, tudo perfeito!

Cons:

Tive uma situação desagradável no estacionamento. Havia uma tomada disponível e utilizei para carregar a bateria do meu carro. Em nenhum momento fui informada de que isso não era permitido. Simplesmente desligaram o disjuntor, sem qualquer aviso ou conversa prévia.
Não sou contra regras pelo contrário, acredito apenas que a situação poderia ter sido resolvida de forma mais cordial, com aviso ou orientação da equipe .
Fica aqui minha sugestão para melhorar a comunicação em situação como essa, mantendo o padrão de qualidade que o hotel demonstra em outro aspecto.

A cultura de Prudentópolis, bem hospedado!
Pros:

É um hotel muito bem construído, com cômodos bem projetados, amplo estacionamento, acessos facilitados, MODERNO, a equipe é muito bem treinada e simpática. Elevador panorâmico, e a escada é larga, confortável e muito bem iluminada.

O hotel é excelente. O café da manhã é ótimo e o quarto no tamanho ideal, nem muito grande, nem muito pequeno. Apenas o banheiro que é um pouquinho menor do que poderia, mas nada que incomode muito. Tudo muito limpo e, para o preço, superou as expectativas. Vale a pena a hospedagem.

Apenas o banheiro poderia ter um pouquinho mais de espaço para ficar mais confortável, mas, pelo preço da diária, estava muito bem pago.
