Muy buena opción! Buena vista desde el playroom superior y el bar anexo es buena opción!

La atención del personal, en especial la del joven argentino. Y la señora rosarina! Muy buena su asistencia!

Great value stay
Pros:

Good value for money, simple and clean. Free water machine for tea and filling water bottles. Lovely warm staff. Arranged to put on breakfast from 5.30 as we had an early start…impressive service!

All in all a really nice hotel for a short stay, except the breakfast
Pros:

Daniela was extremely friendly, an real angel. Rooms were small but clean and the bed comfy.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very nice. Eg. apples very dirty, yogurt, cheese, salami etc. not cooled. Coffee of bad quality. Scrambled eggs cold. Just beside the breakfast room (in the same building), there is a wonderful cafeteria with tasty bakery!

Great staff.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond and we cannot thank Daniela enough for her help with making arrangements with our baggage.

Très bon séjour ! Bon emplacement, bon wifi, bons déjeuners. Personnel accueillant. Très propre!

Eu com certeza voltaria a Puerto Natales e ficaria neste mesmo hotel

A localização e o atendimento da equipe foram fantásticos. O hotel é super aconchegante perto de tudo o que você precisa na cidade. O café da manhã é ótimo.

Bueno, bonito, barato, pero mejorable.
Pros:

El desayuno es un punto bajo en el hotel. Exceso de huevos duros y sin oferta explícita de otras formas de servirlo. Por suerte me di cuenta que si uno lo pedía había otras maneras de servir los huevos, pero se podría ofrecer más explícitamente. El domingo el desayuno muy atrasado. Se supone parte a las 7:00, pero esta vez eran las 7:45 y no había pan fresco, poca fruta (fue llegando después). Faltó planificación.
