Ar condicionado quebrado o ar ficou indo direto em nós só arrumou 1 dia antes da minha saída eu fiquei 4 dias com esse incomodo, o lençol só foi trocado 1 vez eu pedi na recepção para fazer a troca mais a cama só foi arrumada sem a troca dos lençóis

Hotel estava em meia fase, o funcionário nos designou num quarto que não tinha luz nos corredores, o quarto era bem pequeno, inclusive diferente das imagens, ar condicionado não funcionava, pedimos pra trocar de quarto o funcionário disse que iria "jogar" a gente pro outro lado, ao chegarmos lá um cenário totalmente diferente, luzes em todos os lugares, o quarto bem espaçoso e funcionando.
