Middle aged girls trip.
Pros:

Very clean throughout. Breakfast had lots of options and delicious fresh coffee. Great location.

Cons:

Nothing really apart from internal sound proofing was poor. It disturbed us a little.

This was my second stay at Hotel El Cid within four months, which says a lot about how much I like the hotel overall.

The hotel is very clean, in a great location, and has excellent facilities. I particularly enjoyed the wellness area, swimming pool and tennis court. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a great choice and good quality food.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service at the bar was a big disappointment. On several occasions I felt like I was bothering the staff when trying to order. A few times I was told to wait for table service outside instead of being served at the bar, but on one occasion I waited for more than an hour and nobody came to my table. This really needs improvement.

One small suggestion would also be to offer more options on the TV, such as YouTube or Netflix.

Overall, I really like the hotel and would happily return, but improving the bar service would make the experience much better.

Bestes Hotel weit und breit!
Pros:

- Das Personal war extrem freundlich
- Die Lage ist super! Man hat alles in Gehweite
- Der Flughafen ist nah aber man wird überhaupt nicht gestört durch die Flugzeuge. Man hört sie kaum.
- Reisetipp: Uber-Taxi nach Palma sind extrem teuer. Es gibt ganz nah vom Hotel einen Bus der für 2 Euro nach Palma fährt.
- Hotelanlage gross und sehr schön mit 2 Pools
- Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen
- Wir hatten ein richtig tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Danke dafür! 😊
- Wir planen bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt bei Ihnen im Hotel
