Pros:

Die Lage war super zentral. Der Innenhof des Hotels ist mit vielen Pflanzen ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht komplett sauber. Auf dem Bett lagen ein paar Haare und der Fußboden war dreckig.

Great location but in need of repair and thorough cleaning.
Pros:

Great location close to the central square. Staff also had big jug of drinking water available in lobby for guests.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights and I got bed bugs and broke out into terrible welts after a day then two. Also, Some of the lights not working, broken furniture and exposed wires in the shower heater.

Pros:

Really enjoyed staying here and extended my stay as I liked Xela more than I thought I would!
Don Ramon was a wonderful receptionist/host and a mine of information as to where to get the various colectivos to various places.
The room was very large and clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower had hot water 👍🏼
The patio area was great to meet people and relax in and the green plants everywhere made it a little oasis.
It is also 1 block from the Parque Central so very well situated👏🏼

For the price I'm not complaining about anything!
