Hotel in una posizione perfetta, proprio di fronte al mare, con sia spiaggia libera che attrezzata. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, con pullman disponibili a qualsiasi ora per raggiungere l'aeroporto e il centro di Palma. Il personale è stato sempre educato e disponibile, e la pulizia delle camere è stata impeccabile, grazie all'efficienza e disponibilità di Elena.

Cons:

Pur essendo un hotel molto bello, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. La cena, pur variando leggermente ogni giorno, tendeva a proporre spesso gli stessi piatti con solo qualche piccola differenza. Inoltre, l'hotel impone alcune regole un po' troppo rigide: essendo di fronte alla spiaggia, mi sarebbe piaciuto poter stare ai tavolini dell'hotel anche indossando solo il costume, ma purtroppo non era permesso. Un altro aspetto che mi ha sorpreso è stato l'atteggiamento diverso tra uomini e donne riguardo al dress code: alcune donne scendevano a cena con canotte, infradito e capelli gocciolanti d'acqua, mentre alcuni uomini sono stati fatti tornare in stanza per cambiarsi. In questo caso, credo sarebbe stato meglio applicare le stesse regole per tutti. Inoltre, gli orari della cena (dalle 18.30 alle 21) possono essere un po' stretti per chi è abituato a mangiare più tardi, come noi italiani. Ho notato che, arrivando verso le 20.30, alcuni membri del personale sembravano un po' infastiditi quando si avvicinava l'orario di chiusura, tanto che iniziavano bruscamente a sparecchiare e sbuffare davanti a noi mentre ancora mangiavamo. Capisco che ci siano orari da rispettare, ma sarebbe stato meglio non farlo in modo così evidente.

Fantastic location, average stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect - the hotel is right in front of the beach, which is a huge plus for a relaxing holiday. The property has been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the surroundings are peaceful, with no noise and no children, which makes the atmosphere even more relaxing. A special highlight is the rooftop solarium, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings - an ideal spot to enjoy the sunset.

Cons:

Some guests don’t seem to know how to behave, and the constant slamming of room doors can wake up the whole floor – installing soft-close door stoppers would make a big difference. Breakfast was average, with the same limited selection every day. We stayed for more than a week and the bed linen was never changed, which is particularly important considering it’s inevitable to bring sand in from the beach. There were no shower gels or shampoos provided, only a bar of hand soap. The room was missing even basic amenities like a kettle for boiling water. There was also a constant unpleasant smell coming from the restroom near reception. Finally, the hotel lacks facilities - there are no events, no pool, no entertainment, or similar activities.

Rosanna at the front desk was exceptional and stood out from the rest of the staff. Parasols available for use. Luggage room and shower / changing room were great.

Cons:

No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. No drinks (even water) were included in the half board we paid for. No pool. No beach towels available.
