Fantastic location, friendly staff and a beautiful decor!
Pros:

Great location, lovely decor and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner was good as well. Margarita’s were lovely too!

ciężko było się dogadać z Penem z recepcji. Taki wolny że spędziliśmy 20 minut na czekaniu. Łóżko które miało być podwójne okazało się dwoma pojedynczymi które są połączone i się rozsuwają

Ambiance exceptionnelle, tout le personnel est adorable , aussi bien à la réception qu'au service des repas toujours soucieux du bien être des vacanciers, et en étant français ravis d'avoir pu échanger avec le personnel qui parlait un peu français. Emplacement parfait, service de bus impeccable, hôtel à proximité de l' aéroport , face à la mer, repas buffet varié petit déjeuner excellent merci beaucoup , nous reviendrons vous voir

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig okay
Pros:

Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, netter Service, Es war unproblematisch möglich das Gepäck nach dem Check-Out noch ein paar Stunden im Hotel aufzubewahren um die Stadt zu besichtigen

Kleines Zimmer ohne Balkon und direkt neben dem Aufzug

L'acceuil, la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, toujours souriant et très courtois.
L'emplacement de celui ci,face à la mer beaucoup d'activités autour, toit terrasse avec une vue panoramique et couché de soleil. la décoration, mobilier neuf, bonne nourriture.
Vraiment super et ce n'est qu'un trois étoiles

Cons:

Ils font beaucoup d'effort pour répondre aux besoins des clients mais très peu de personnes parlent le français.
Aucune inscription en français. C'est soit anglais ou allemand.

Het ontbijt en het diner waren fantastisch, het personeel bovendien bijzonder attent en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het was ontzettend gehorig. De muren waren heel dun, je kon het gesprek van de mensen in de kamer naast of boven je woord voor woord verstaan. Daardoor liet de nachtrust te wensen over.

Great location, but inconsistent service and cleanliness issues
Pros:

We stayed again at this hotel in April 2026, this time with family, after our previous visit in August 2025. The location remains excellent - being so close to the beach is a big advantage. The breakfast was also good, especially considering it was a short stay.

Cons:

This time, we booked two rooms, and unfortunately, cleanliness was not at the expected level. Mirrors in both rooms were visibly dirty, as if they had been splashed and not properly cleaned. The floors didn’t seem vacuumed, with noticeable dust, and we even found someone else’s hair in one room.

There was also inconsistency in room amenities - the room on the 4th floor had everything (shampoo, body lotion, soap), while the room on the 1st floor only had a bar of soap, without basic toiletries like shampoo.

Additionally, we had another unpleasant interaction with a blonde receptionist, who came across as quite cold and somewhat rude. This is the second time we’ve had this impression. Other staff members were polite and professional.

Overall, the hotel still has great potential due to its location, but these issues significantly affected our experience this time.
