Cons:

I left my silver ring in the room which was a gift since 20 years and now the hotel replied to my message on here with ' aa!' which means they have read my message and now deleted it so obviously I'm annoyed as I was the only guest there and there was only 1 person working so I know that he would of found it.
So I'm sad that I can never use this hotel again as I have no trust in them 😔

Horrible experience
Pros:

Beds were comfy

Cons:

No toilet seats. Unable to regulate water temp in shower due to single functioning knob. Scorching hot for a while then cold. No functioning wifi. Staff kept trying to dismiss my concern since wifi worked on their phones just fine but my phone wouldn't connect and was told my phone sucks and is the problem. After over an hour wasted finally I convinced then to impair their phones and reconnect. Even they couldn't. Found out the password was changed and they didn't have the new one. Over an hour of them saying my phone sucks with temper when it was them not having the correct info. During system checks found there signal repeaters to not even work so even with the password, signal in rooms may not work regardless. All cable channels were extremely grainy.

Pros:

The stuff we're very nice and friendly. I love the small jungle that they have in the middle of the hotel, and the view from the shared space it is wonderful, you can see the city, the mountains.

Cons:

My room was with very little light, having just a small window. The pillows are not comfortable at all. And the most important, the noise, they have this device for water (is what I understood from the staff) that every few minutes is doing a very big noise. That level where I saw having 4 rooms in total, it will be very unpleasant because of the noise. Glad I had earplugs.

Nice kasa
Pros:

The style of the hotel is very cool, friendly with all the plants and colorful paint and the view from the stairs. Nearby ample parking. Huge springy bed, good for active couples.

Cons:

Shower was not very warm.
