Appartement mal équipé, nous n avions ni verre ni poêle ni machine a café ni bouilloire, une vitre de la baie vitrée cassée de haut en bas, on a fini par nous changer de chambre, dans la salle de bain le lavabo bouché et la douche qui fuyait

Fue pésimo, nos dejaron hacer una reserva y pedía que indicáramos la hora de llegada.

La indicamos, nos hicieron el cobro, y cuando llegamos al alojamiento nos vimos en la calle.

Una vergüenza.

Pros:

Nos dieron una habitación más grande y fueron muy amables

Cons:

Los apartamentos estan un poco descuidados. Se podrian mejorar las instalaciones. Pero es verdad que es muy económico

Reserva cancelada sin aviso y reubicación en alojamiento de menor calidad

La ubicación del África Mar, a pasos de la playa y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas

Cons:

Nuestra reserva fue cancelada por la agencia un día antes de nuestra llegada sin nuestro consentimiento ni aviso previo, a pesar de estar totalmente paga y confirmada. Esto nos dejó sin alojamiento asegurado, perdiendo gran parte del primer día de vacaciones. Solo pudimos quedarnos una noche y luego nos reubicaron en un lugar lejos de la playa y con menos comodidades, además de separarnos ( éramos 6 personas) en distintos departamentos. También tuvimos que asumir gastos extra de transporte.

Un séjour agréable dans cet hotel simple avec un personnel accueillant , bon rapport qualité prix

La gentillesse du personnel ,la piscine ,confort chambre et salle de bain, la localisation de l hotel . Ça reste un bon qualité prix

Cons:

On nous a demandé d aller dormir dans un autre hotel le jour de notre arrivée à 23:45h, et on nous a dit de revenir le lendemain matin pour prendre possession de notre chambre ,
Mais le lendemain nous avons dû attendre encore 11 h du matin pour pouvoir nous installer…dommage, l hotel nous a offert la taxe de séjour merci pour le geste ,
La cuisine vétuste et le minimum d équipement une casserole mais pas de passoire , 3 fourchette pour une famille de 4 , les portes des placards ne tenaient pas trop.
