A beautiful and convenient location with lovely hosts.
Pros:

The hotel was stunning. Every door, wall etc was beautiful painted and a gorgeous entry way. The staff were so accommodating, when we said we couldn't make breakfast as we were leaving early, they started early just for us. An excellent location, 20min walk from bus and taxi station but 5mins from the start of the beautiful blue streets.

Cons:

There was a loud annoying buzzing all night from the power box. The room a kind of cold a blanket can't fix and the water heater wasn't plugged in so it took us a day to work out how to get hot water. We didn't sleep particularly well either night.

Nice historical buiilding and good staff and location
Pros:

They gave us an upgrade to a suite of two bed rooms and a big central room. The bed room we used was big and had a good heater in it. Was very cold in the area at night at that time so heater needed. Had basic cooking facilities. Very good staff. Location was good and taxi could find the hotel easily. In a nice area of older buildings. Hot water OK. Security fine. Breakfest fine.

Cons:

Could have used more heaters as very cold at that time.

muchísimo frío en la habitación y un olor general en habitación y ropa de cama de mucha humedad. Pedacitos de techo se han ido cayendo durante la estancia. Igual era solo nuestra habitación....

室内がとても寒かったです。ヒーターをリクエストし借りることができましたがヒーターなしでは寒くて眠れなかったと思います
Riadなので仕方ないかも知れませんが階段が急です。朝食はテラスでとるため高齢の方や足が悪い方には向かない宿かも知れません

Great vacation
Pros:

Everything was great the staff are very nice thanks to all of them the ladies Nawal and Mouna and also guys Saïd and Ayman,
The hotel location is great near to all Medina and have a nice view in the terrace
