Great vacation
Pros:

Everything was great the staff are very nice thanks to all of them the ladies Nawal and Mouna and also guys Saïd and Ayman,
The hotel location is great near to all Medina and have a nice view in the terrace

The shower is kind of not confortable

Très bon petit déjeuner varié, et en terrasse ( quelques escaliers à monter mais le charme en vaut la peine )
Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux. Chacun a veillé à ce tout se passe bien pour nous !

房间太冷，就给一个毯子半夜冻醒无法睡觉，淋雨差，地漏堵了，洗手池无热水，天气很冷早餐依然在露天，并且不能准时开餐，客人只能冻着等待。

في قلب المدينه الزرقاء قريب من كل شي نظيف العاملين ودودين متعاونين خاصه الاخ سعيد جدا لطيف ومتعاون ومرحب ويساعد كثيرا مكان الفندق على شارع رئيسي قريب من الخدمات ومسجد وراء الفندق الافطار كان جيد في سطح الفندق مع الاطلاله الجميله الاثاث كان تفيه لمسه تراثيه شكرا لكم

الشفاط في الحمام غير متوفر وممكن لا يصلح الفندق لكبار السن لانه كل الغرف تحتاج لسلالم الا الشقه الارضيه ً

Nice people there but the building was a bit worn…

Service was great!

Cons:

The sheet had holes in it. The pillows were lumpy and the toilet was in the shower so your feet were cold and wet.
