Pros:

The hotel was very in keeping with the architecture in Chefchaouen, all blue, cosy and with plants around. The location is excellent on one of the main streets, and check in was flexible. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons:

The room was quite small and nowhere to put wet towels, although there was space under the bed for luggage. Breakfast was good, but more coffee and less fried bread products would be better. It's almost impossible to eat so much bread in the morning! Temporary renovation next door was a bit annoying but only noisy for a few hours during the day when guests would normally be out exploring.

Lovely family-run Dar.
Pros:

We stayed at this Italian-Moroccan family run Dar Terrae, over a particularly wet Christmas. The old part of the hotel is basic, but has attractively painted rooms, opening onto an Andulsian courtyard. The family were wonderfully welcoming, the bed was unexpectedly very comfy, and the electric fire kept our room cosy when it got cold and damp. The new part of the hotel has modern facilities and is no doubt more comfy, so the hotel has something for everyone, but we're really pleased we stayed in the original pension. Exceptionally good value for money.

Un'esperienza che tutti gli altri chiamano vacanza.
Pros:

Un soggiorno magico in un riad autentico. Uno staff eccezionalmente ospitale, le camere tradizionali molto pulite ed accoglienti. Torneremo sicuramente per un altro indimenticabile soggiorno.

Soggiorno troppo breve. Non fate lo stesso errore.....

Cons:

Petit bémol qui n'en est pas vraiment un sur le petit déjeuner qui propose peu de choix, bien que pour ma part c'était suffisant

Beautiful, Authentic Riad
Pros:

Beautiful, authentic Riad in the centre of the Medina. We loved this place! It was made wonderful by the beautiful family and staff that lived and worked there. Fabulous breakfast and wonderful viewpoint where we watched the sunset.

With little more prompt communication it would be a very nice place
Pros:

Breakfast is really nice and the building is very pretty. Good location for visiting the town on foot

Cons:

Imposible to find parking nearby. The only option is pay for parking, then pay another guy to show you to the hotel (not taking no for an answer even if i had GPS🙈)
Little lack of communication from the hotel. If they answered me to my messages, maybe would have been nicer and cheaper to find It.
One person blanket in a two person room.
Little crowded inside so It is very noisy in the room.
I had the impression they never looked at my Booking, or messages, just sent automatic confirmation but i dont want to jump into conclusions 😀
