Отель сказочный. Гостеприимные, дружелюбные администраторы отеля. Измаил очень добродушный и веселый, помогал во всем и сориентировал по городу, где вкусно поесть и как пройти. Кровать напомнила царское ложе, побыла Шахерезадой. Очень чисто и вкусные завтраки. Расположение в центре Медины. Рекомендую к проживанию

J'avais réservé 1 chambre où J'avais été surclassé gratuitement avec l'avantage génius, j'aurai donc dû avoir 1 chambre triple plus grande et à priori plus belle, on me l'a bien proposé mais avec 1 supplément de 30 euros ! J'ai donc refusé. Ma chambre n'avait pas de papier toilettes, aucun savon, salle de bain peu engageante...

Autentico y buen Riad en la medina
Pros:

Riad autentico bien decorado en el corazón de la medina. Habitaciones simples pero que cumplen con lo necesario para un par de días en el pueblo. El rooftop amplío con un desayuno básico. Personal, muy amigable y serviciales en todo momento!

Cons:

El ruido de la habitación ya que las ventanas dan directamente a las escaleras y entrada.

Super authentic and welcoming hotel in heart of the medina.
Pros:

Great little hotel in heart of the Medina, short stroll from the main plaza. Welcoming staff and a great breakfast. Would highly recommend.
The rooftop view at sunset is a must.

Cons:

The hot water was kwirky however and I don't think the cheaper rooms have aircon. There was a little heater which we didn't use as there was a warm blanket.
We enjoyed the multiple steps and staircases but likely not ideal for those with mobility challenges.

Ubicación ideal en la medina. Alojamiento muy bonito. El desayuno es muy muy bueno. Habitacion amplia, lo unico que ell baño lo teniamos en el piso de arriba pero muy limpio y muy bien. Si algún dia volvemos a Chefchauen repetiremos sin duda.

Pros:

La habitación era muy acogedora y nos encantó como estaba decorada al estilo arabe

Cons:

El desayuno (que estaba muy bueno y era bastante abundante) lo tardaban bastante en servir, pero también había que entender que coincidíamos muchos huéspedes a la misma hora y el personal no daba abasto

Pros:

A small cozy hotel where you can relax after exploring the city. Clean & good location. We've got a mobile heater which is so helping in the cold days. Thank you to Jasmijn, Ismail & Bilal, they are so nice to the guests.

Will pay more to have a better room
Pros:

The owner was nice and the location was good.

Cons:

Felt very cold at night in the small room. Felt the comfort was not dry. Didn’t shower as didn’t feel the bathroom was very clean.
