Smaczne obiadokolacje i bardzo sympatyczna jedna z recepcjonistek. Pani (ze wschodnim akcentem ale mi to nie przeszkadza) która przygotowywała śniadanie bardzo miła i zawsze starała się aby na stołach niczego nie brakowało. Gadająca papuga w recepcji 😄

Podczas drugiej doby pobytu kolejna Pani z recepcji która obsługiwała również restaurację to chyba jej goście "przeszakdzali" bo nie dość że długo czekałem przy stoliku aż łaskawie podejdzie czego z resztą nie uczyniła to musiałem się upomnieć o obsługę. Ponadto słabo działający tv w moim pokoju tzn raz był obraz a raz nie. W pokoju były zapowietrzone grzejniki a ponieważ w nocy temperatura spadała poniżej 0 to w pokoju nie było za ciepło. Natomiast w łazience w ogóle brak grzejnika więc...dość słabo wyglądało wyjście spod prysznica. Hotel generalnie wymaga remontu bo zarówno łazienka jak i meble w pokoju już dawno okres świetności mają za sobą. I najważniejsze BRAK WINDY więc jak ktoś ma duże bagaże to życzę sukcesów np z wejściem na drugie piętro.

udany pobyt w Częstochowie
Pros:

Hotel w spokojnej okolicy niedaleko centrum z własnym parkingiem. Śniadania smaczne, szwedzki stół. Pokój przestronny, dobrze mieć korki do uszu bo faktycznie ściany dość cienkie. Urocza papuga w recepcji mówiąca cześć i papa. Czysto. Wszystko w porządku.

Klimatyzacja nie działała/skoro jest dostępna powiną być sprawna/

Obiad dramat boża miłą obsługą praktycznie wszystko poniżej krytyki .
Sos w jednym z dan sprawiał wrażenie odgrzewanego ,brak jednolitej konsystencji, grudki, makaron z tuńczykiem rozgotowany /,pulpa/
Zamówiłem expreso i jako kawa ok kelner zapytał czy woda przynieść wodę ,ktora defakto powiną być razem z tym rodzajem kawy ale ok do chwili kiedy dostałem wodę w butelce za którą dodatkowo zapłaciłem.
Podsumowując za tej jakości dania gdzie każde z nich kosztowało 49 zł to dramat.
I ceny się nawet nie czepiam, ponieważ przychodzą i widząc kartę, akceptowałem, ale już same dania były tragedią.
Jakbym wiedział ze tak będzie poszedłbym do ŻABKI na Pizze.
Nie miałem zamieszczać takiej opinii o hotelu, ogolnie czysto i ok jak na *** ale po wizycie w stołówce, zagotowało mnie.
Nie chciałem żalu wylewać na bardzo miłego i starajacego się Pana z obslugi bo to nie jego wina, ze taka jest polityka hotelu
