Friendly service and comfortable rooms near airport.
Pros:

Amazing service on the front desk. Free breakfast was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable. Location is fine for the airport as they offer a free hourly shuttle. Cool neighbourhood - really, couldn't be happier;

Pros:

Thanks for the information below from customer Andre, I knew this place was a walking distance from Metro line 12, Fuwei station. I don't understand the low score given to this hotel. You get what you pay: it's not cheap, but the beds are extremely comfortable, have a nice shower, a big room, a Chinese style breakfast included and they have transfer from/to airport. Unfortunately, I couldn't use transfer from airport to hotel because they didn't see my message from Booking, and as everyone says, it's hard to communicate since they can't speak English. I had a 16-hour flight waiting in Sehnzhen and I couldn't be more relaxed in other place.

Cons:

Lack of information due to difficulty in communication.

maybe all rooms are smoking rooms. I asked for non-smoking rooms, they changed, but the new room was also smoking room. The room inside was smelled.
My booking is 3883888331 with the rate: CNY 2,874. But when I arrived around 9PM, they asked for RMB 3,729. I tried to explained that all fees are only CNY 2,874, but they did not accept.
I had no choice at that time and paid RMB 3,729.
After that, they asked for RMB 958 x 3 for the 2nd person, which I already mentioned when I booked.
I tried to explain and asked them to take a picture of my booking in which mentioned 2 people. And luckily they accepted.

Pros:

Had a flight cancelled so this is a cheap and convenient layover to wait for next day flight. Shuttle airport pickup available but coordinating without speaking Chinese is challenging. Fuwei metro station is across the street.

Cons:

Strong smell of smoke despite non smoking room. Neighborhood is not the prettiest, a few food spots available.
