Amazing location and staff
Pros:

We enjoyed very much our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful, the hotel is properly cleaned and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The only bad thing is the hairdryer. Very old and basic model, stuck to the wall, my hair got burnt in 15 seconds. The hairdryer kept overheating so it took ages every morning to get my hair dry.

位置不算離老城區太近但也不錯，離兩個車站都恰當距離

Cons:

男櫃台下午的態度很好，但是退房時早班的女性櫃檯很糟糕，我們並沒有使用mini bar但她懷疑我們陰陽怪氣覺得我們有喝他們冰箱的飲料，我再三強調了沒有她才說他相信我，然後語氣上也給人不舒服的感覺

Wonderful hotel. 1000/10 rating.
Pros:

Amazing property in a great location — 13 minute walk to Old Town & 5 minute walk to bus station. We have a gorgeous cathedral view from our balcony. Well-designed rooms with super comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with complete selection. What made the stay perfect are both Maider and Eider - who went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our tour company cancelled our tour to Bilbao and Gaztelugatxe, but Eider has recommended us a great way to proceed with out plans. 1000/10 rating.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel, but we had to walk 15-20min to get to the nearest laundromat.

Stop scrolling book the Intelier it made our trip!!
Pros:

Super lovely hotel and a great location from all you want to do in San Sebastian. The staff were truly excellent- a big special thank you to Eider for going above and beyond in helping me buy tickets for the Real Sociedad game. I only went once and now they are Champions!!
