Pretty cosy hotel worth 2 stars I think (only has 1 at the moment)
Pros:

Location and free tea and snack facilities all day downstairs.

Cons:

Hard to find initially and not manned all the time. Heating not as effective as needed - it was a very cold spell.

El hotel es pequeñito pero muy acogedor, decoración muy bonita, el personal muy amable y dando todo tipo de indicaciones para poder conocer la ciudad. Repetiremos seguro.

Pros:

Lo mejor sin duda es el personal. Asier y sobre todo, Itziar nos han hecho sentir como en casa. El hotel es muy bonito y está lleno de detalles (como una zona de microondas y cafetera para usar en los desayunos con cápsulas, bollería y fruta gratuita). Mi enhorabuena a las propietarios. Cuando volvamos a Donosti será siempre a este hotel tan acogedor.

Nada, no podemos ponerle pegas.

Pros:

La habitación tenía un buen tamaño para una pareja y una cuna. La cama era muy grande y nos vino genial para meter el reductor del bebé y dormir muy bien.
El trato de los empleados excelente.

Cons:

La única pega es que no tienen desayuno pero, te regalan de forma gratuita bollería, fruta y café que se agradece.
