Pros:

The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Great location as base camp to hike Glen Nevis and explore Glencoe! Very clean and such a nice stay here, definitely would recommend!!

Pros:

Sentralt beliggende i Fort William.

Cons:

Ikke verdt prisen overhodet. Så mye bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Reiste rundt i skottland en uke, dette var en av overnattingene. På de andre plassene fikk vi mye mer for pengene.

Would never come back a complete rip off being overcharged for a very uncomfortable stay .
Pros:

Location seemed good on line and they had available a triple and double room which suited our family size requirements on our travel dates .

Cons:

Small rooms and bathrooms ,very uncomfortable beds one single bed literally had springs touching the sheet cover and my elderly mother got a backache lying down on it very creaky floors plus very poor sound proofing. Way too overpriced for the money that was charged compared to the facilities provided.
They charged £422 for one night with no breakfast .
I understand that one gets what you pay for but these rooms and facilities would have been OK for a max of £100-120 per night .

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Modern eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer. Rezeption war immer besetzt, alle waren nett.
Parkplatz war vorhanden. Wasserkocher vorhanden mit Tee und Kaffee.
Super Lage. Restaurants, Bars und der Bahnhof waren nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Tür zum Zimmer ging sehr schwer auf und zu.
Leute, die im Flur unterwegs waren, hat man sehr gut gehört, waren sehr laut.
Parkplatzeinfahrt war sehr eng. Ohne 360° Kamera hätten wir große Probleme gehabt, da wir ein recht breites Auto hatten. Parkplatz an sich war aber groß genug.

Great staff, room very clean, good shower, comfortable bed, near town centre, free onsite parking,

Cons:

The room was very small with only enough room for a double bed and one small chair so therefore there was nowhere to store luggage and only one small hanging rail with a shelf above for clothes. The power button on the tv remote control did not work so if watching tv in bed it was necessary to get out of bed to switch off, the bath towels supplied were small, flush on toilet needs attention.
We expected a little more comfort for the price charged.
The premises are sited on a VERY steep hill and some people may have difficulty accessing the front door when approaching from the high street.
