Das Frühstück könnte etwas günstiger sein, aber insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Sehr schön, ich wurde von richtigen Menschen in einer behaglichen Gaststube begrüßt!

Cons:

Das Licht im Bad war sehr gell, daher habe ich es einfach ausgeschaltet gelassen und mit dem Lichtschein bei geöffneter Tür vorlieb genommen.

Pros:

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war nett. Die Zimmer Größe und es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zu weiche Betten vllt schon durchlegen, von der Rezeption Dame nicht ernst genommen worden stattdessen hat sie den alten Baarkeeper gerufen um meine Angelegenheit zu lösen was er natürlich nicht konnte.

Good and short.
Pros:

I like the location and the cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

There were about 5 big spiders in my room as well as the restroom. I was also concerned with a window being placed by the toilet and shower, the window didn’t have a curtain so the people next door can clearly see into the restroom.

Runas Hotel nahe Flughafen München ist eine gute Adresse. Gutes Preis / Leistungs Verhältniss.
Pros:

Der Check in bei meiner Ankunft war prompt, ohne Probleme und der junge Mann am Counter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit zu mir! Meine Koffer wurden vom Personal im EG bis zum Tag meiner Abreise sicher untergebracht. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und sogar mit einer kleinen Küche eingerichtet. Auch das Bett war sehr groß und bequem und in der Nacht war es ausgesprochen ruhig.
Das Frühstück ist eine Augenweide und es fehlt wirklich an nichts!

Cons:

Die Preisgestaltung beim Shuttle Service ist ärgerlich denn der Preis gilt pro Zimmer. Bedeutet: ich als Einzelperson zahle mit 14,- Euro denselben Preis wie eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die gewünschte Abfahrtzeit für den Shuttle Service muss bereits beim Check in genannt werden.
Bedingt duurch einen kurzfristig anberaumten Termin am Flughafen München habe ich morgens an der Reception angefragt ob ich auf einen früheren Shuttle zum Flughafen umbuchen kann. Die mir bereits aus mehreren früheren Aufenthalten in Runas Hotel als sehr unfreundlich und arrogant bekannte Dame antwortete mir in einem recht barschemTon:
"Da hätten Sie sich gestern Abend anders entscheiden müssen!"
Kundenfreundlichkeit hört sich anders an.
Das war leider nicht das erste mal das ich auf eine sehr unangebrachte Art und Weise von dieser Person angesprochen wurde. Ich behalte mir daher vor bei meinen kommenden Reisen vom Flughafen München aus ein anderes Hotel auszuwählen.
Besonders unwohl habe ich mich gefühlt als während des Shuttle zum Flughafen der Fahrer einen Anruf vom Hotel erhielt. Obwohl das Shuttle mit 5 Personen besetzt war hat es ich der Fahrer nicht nehmen lassen während der Fahrt mit der rechten Hand sein Smartphone und mit der linken ein Klemmbrett zu halten. Hier sollte eine Freisprecheinrichtung vorhanden sein.

Zwischenstation Flughafen geeignet.

Gemütliche alte Einrichtung.
Für den Aufenthaltspreis okay.

Cons:

Das Fitnessstudio kostet 9,00€ extra.
Der Parkplatz kostet 5,00€ extra. Schade, wenn es ein Familienbetrieb ist und keine Kette und dann muss man für den Parkplatz auch noch zahlen. Aber wenigstens noch ein fairer Preis.
Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und bezahlt mit 20 Quadratmetern, aber ein Einzelzimmer mit 12 Quadratmetern bekommen.
Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind sehr klein.
In der Dusche kam erstmal eine Zeit lang kaltes Wasser.

A perfect place for a layover
Pros:

I very cute guesthouse near the airport, ideal place for a layover. The restaurant food was amazing and the beer met the expectations I set for beer in Bavaria)) The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming and the room was very cutely decorated, clean and spacious. The guest house offers airport transfer for an additional charge.

Cons:

No complaints!
