Wonderful stay in Lombok
Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo nádherné, každé ráno som si mohol zaplávať v bazéne a opašovať sa na lehátkach. Personál bol veľmi milý a ústretový. Pláž bola asi 10 minút chôdze od hotela a bola nádherná s bielym pieskom.

Pobyt se nekonal z důvodu uzavření o kterém jsme se dozvěděli až po příjezdu

Nemohu posoudit 🙏
Dala jsem špatné hodnocení, protože pro tyto případy není bodovaní přizpůsobeno.

Cons:

Po příjezdu a vyložení kufrů zjištěni, že zaplacený hotel je uzavřený.
Byl přítomen jen hlídač co konstatoval, že hotel byl před týdnem uzavřen.
Myslím, že když už se něco stalo, měli jsme dostat vědět všemi možnými způsoby.
Dopadlo to pro nás nakonec dobře. Náhradní ubytování nás přijalo s vřelostí a bylo to maximálně skvělé místo.
Mango Lodge přeji brzké vyřešení problémů.

A Booking by měl také zajistit lepší servis při řešení tak vážných událostí.

Das Zimmer fing an, ab dem zweiten Tag richtig modrig zu riechen. Es war so schlimm, dass ich die Bettwäsche nicht mehr nutzen konnte, weil sie so stank. Außerdem riechen meine Sachen im Rucksack eine Woche später immernoch nach dem Schimmel im Zimmer.

Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar und die Rooftop-Bar bietet v.a abends eine schöne Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage fiel aus, weshalb wir eine Nacht ein sehr warmes Zimmer hatten und schlecht schliefen. Sie haben sich schnell darum gekümmert und in der nächsten Nacht lief sie wieder. Allerdings hätten wir ein kleines Entgegenkommen z.B. in Form eines Getränkes als angemessen empfunden.

Wonderful stay - comfortable, and friendly staff
Pros:

We had a great stay at Mango Lodge and spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful amenities — especially the rooftop restaurant, pool and lounge area, and convenient room service. The bed and room were comfortable, spacious, and had reliable Wi-Fi.

If you enjoy surfing, the location is ideal — only a short drive to Mawi (for experienced surfers) or Selong Belanak (perfect for beginners). It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach, which was really convenient.

The absolute highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful — especially Tarsi at the front reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our driver, Rahman, was also fantastic and we’re so thankful for both of them.

While there’s no fridge in the room, there’s an Indomart nearby and the restaurant is open all day for food and drinks, so it wasn’t an issue.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay — relaxing, welcoming, and well located. We’d definitely stay again!

Alles perfekt! Super schöne Zimmer. Werden auf Anfrage gereinigt. Gutes Essen. Lieferung Essen oder Getränke zum Pool! Total liebes und hilfsbereites Personal! Top Lage. Schöner Weg ohne Autos zum Strand. Viele Restaurants Massage, Shops, etc. In der Nähe. Immer wieder würde ich dieses Hotel buchen!

Schönes Hotel mit Rooftop-Restaurant
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel mit einem Rooftop-Restaurant. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß und waren somit direkt am Pool. Die Zimmer und auch die ganze Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Restaurant ist gut, aber nicht ganz so günstig. Zum Frühstück gab es mehrere Optionen zur Auswahl. Einen Roller kann man direkt an der Rezeption mieten. Zum wunderschönen Selong Belanak Strand sind es 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Grab ist nicht erwünscht, das liegt aber nicht am Hotel, sondern an der Gegend dort. Überall hängen Schilder, daß man die Taxifahrer vor Ort unterstützen möchte. Zum Frühstück gab es den nicht genießbaren indonesischen Kaffee. Man konnte einen anderen bestellen, musste den dann aber extra bezahlen. Das fanden wir nicht ganz angemessen.
