With views to die for, it was relax and enjoy 101. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The views are incredible! The infinity pool is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was too. Staff super friendly and helpful. Extended our stay from one night to three we were so impressed.

Cons:

The pillows were the only thing that could be improved.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben zwei Roller ausgeliehen und als einer Probleme hatte, wurde er sofort ohne Diskussion ausgetauscht. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Wundervoll und erholsam!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick! Villa Havens hatte einen eigenen Pool . Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles war tipptopp sauber! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und so hilfsber!

Increíble, espectacular
Pros:

El sitio es alucinante. Espectacular de verdad, con unas vistas increíbles.
Íbamos a quedarnos tres noches y terminamos alargando aunque perdiéramos 80 € en otro alojamiento que ya teníamos reservado… así de impresionante nos pareció.

No entiendo los comentarios negativos. El trato es súper correcto, nada pesados (que en otros sitios te persiguen todo el rato), y el alojamiento es tal cual como en las fotos.
Lo único que eché en falta fue agua mineral ilimitada, que en otros sitios más baratos sí dan, pero sinceramente, todo lo demás lo compensa de sobra.

Eso sí, hay monos así que tenéis que tener cuidado y cerrar todo bien.

El personal es majísimo, súper simpáticos y se nota que son buena gente. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites.
Servicio de 10. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

Beautiful view, great facilities, pool view is amazing. Great staff.

Cons:

Very loud location. Don't come here if you value peace. People party too hard in the villages here. We were awoken by screams over loudspeakers at 5 am and throughout the day. So this is not a comment about the hotel but the location. The noises come from the villages around. If you want to get away and spend some quiet time away from noise, this is not the place. Could not wait to leave. Now I am at another location, 20 minutes away, and it is unbearable with the same noise. So again, this is not about the hotel but the overall location where the hotel is.

Fantastisk eftersom personalen gjorde allt för att lösa problem som uppstod. Skulle kunna återvända.
Pros:

Personalen var fantastisk.
De gjorde allt för att jag skulle trivas.
Det fanns ett problem med större apor på min terrass men även det problemet hjälpte de till med.
Restaurangen och hotellet är muslimskt så det serveras ingen alkohol. Detta gjorde att jag nyttjade restaurang och roomservice minimalt tyvärr. Frukosten var bra.

Cons:

Utifrån förutsättningarna på det stället jag bodde så hade informationen om apor och non alkoholpolicy varit bra. En kväll var det mycket insekter i rummet och det löstes med spray etc. Detta kunde eventuellt åtgärdats innan.

One of the best stay we had in Indonesia !
Pros:

From the location, the villa or the staff, everything was truly amazing for our 3 nights in this heaven ✨
We also had the opportunity to see beautiful monkeys from our room or pool !
The room service was really perfect with good timing and the food from the restaurant was so nice. It make your stay more easier when you don’t want to find another restaurant in town!
I just can recommend this place and I’ll definitely come back, thank you very much !!!🫶🏾
