Die Lage ist top, nah am Strand. Zu Fuß 10 min. Anlage ist super. Klein aber sauber und angenehm.

Het resort is echt een paradijsje op aarde. Een schitterende tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. De bungalows zijn van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien. Het personeel is heel aardig en het eten is heel lekker en betaalbaar. Echt één van de beste accommodaties waar wij ooit hebben verbleven.

Pros:

L'emplacement est sympa, la chambre est confortable et cest calme.

Cons:

La piscine est toute petite et pas propre pour s'y baigner malheureusement.
Eau stagnante. Dommage pour le prix on s'attendait à quelque chose de mieux entrenue.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, far from the noise, this is the perfect choice.
Pros:

The place is comfortable, the room is cozy, and the atmosphere is peaceful, far from any noise and distractions. The villa staff were very friendly and kind.

Cons:

First, the swimming pool water was green and the pool itself was too small. It seemed that the owner had no intention of maintaining it. I already reported this to the villa staff, and they also informed the owner, but no action was taken. The owner clearly does not care about the pool facility.

Second, the air conditioner was not cool enough. It took a long time for the AC unit to properly cool the room.

Third, the TV was just for display and did not function at all, which was very disappointing.

Considering all of these issues, it appears that the owner needs to make serious improvements. There have already been many complaints about the same problems, but nothing has been fixed.

Pour le même prix, il est possible d’aller ailleurs.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est correct, car on peut se rendre à pied à la plage de Selong Belanak en 10 minutes. La chambre est assez spacieuse.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas. La piscine est verte. La salle de bain est sale, avec des équipements de douche couverts de calcaire et des jets d’eau dispersés. Elle était également sale, avec des cheveux des occupants précédents sur les murs. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre, juste un grillage cassé qui sert de remplacement, et il n’y a pas de savon. Nous n’avons pas vu le personnel.
Les chambres ne sont ni nettoyées ni rangées pendant votre séjour. Pour le prix, je pense sincèrement qu’on peut trouver mieux.

Great value to stay close to the beach
Pros:

Great location easy walking distance to Selong Balanek beach. Also easy walk to the main village. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer organic laundry service and have a small restaurant. Very good value if you want to stay walking distance from the beach.

Cons:

The AC in our room wasn’t the best but it was doable.

L'emplacement près de commerces et pas trop loin de la plage pour y aller a pieds.
La propreté et la luminosité de la chambre

Cons:

La literie est à améliorer. Mon dos n'a vraiment pas apprécié de sentir plus le lit en bambou que le matelas.
