Happy to have been here. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Everything. Location was perfect for me to get into Jhb with an Uber.

Great facilities. Good food (at breakfast). Very helpful staff. And very helpful security guards too.

Cons:

I didn't see a WiFi password anywhere. But I probably didn't look hard enough. And at the late hour I arrived, didn't feel like contacting reception either. It would be nice if they can perhaps make it more visible? But never the less, I.woild definitely come back here.

Extremely Disappointed in Garden Court
Pros:

The room size and amenities were very nice. Nice large comfortable bed. Nice lighting. Blackout Curtains. Coffee Station and fridge. Nice little desk for working or dining with good lighting over it and TV.

Cons:

The shower water wasn't even luke warm for 2 min utes then it was and ice old shower first thing in the morning. There is no room service. You have to order and collect your food. Freshly ordered food came with ice cold chips. The rooms are not sound proof as advertised, the entire night we could hear everything around us and people were loud. It was clearly new to me that when booking at the hotel you had to pay additionally for your own parking. I am not sure if this is standard practice lately. As for breakfast. Was the most disappointing of all. Clearly the food was prepared the night before as everything we got this morning, pork sausages, bacon, sweet potatoes and baked beans were ice cold. Clearly having being stored in a fridge overnight. The toaster also wasn't working. The staff was surprised when I questioned them about it. Clearly no one even checked. And extremely sad for the Garden Court group to be giving this kind of service. I travel a lot and have stayed many places. But this has to be the worst. The Road Lodge which is a budget accommodation for a quick overnight has 10 times better service.
