The staff were fantastic- the cold showers weren’t !
Pros:

The staff were absolutely fantastic - the reception and door staff couldn’t have been more helpful- a great welcome after a very delayed flight !

Cons:

The shower was only cold water - when we asked it they said you have to leave the shower running for 15 minutes to get hot water !

Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the heart of China Town- right next to Central Market and a train station (Kuala Lumpur). The receptionists were friendly and helpful, the man at the door helped with my luggages. The breakfast wasn't too fancy, but it was sufficient to start the day. There is a small pool on the rooftop open until 22:00 which is a great asset for the warm days in town.

Cons:

I could not find anything to complain about in the hotel, however, during my stay, there was a lively festival held at the square in front of Central Market with and concerts until 1 am. Falling asleep was difficult that night...

Top locatie & vriendelijke personeel, prima maar niet 10/10
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een top locatie, je loopt de deur uit en alles zit in de buurt! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en er staat altijd iemand bij de deur om de deur voor je open te doen. Echt top!

Een puntje, het zijn kleine kamers we hadden 2 grote koffers bij en de ruimte was al snel beperkt. Geen min punt maar wel fijn om te weten!

Cons:

We hadden 402 en elke dag rond etens tijd ging de keuken open in het hotel, hierdoor kwam er een mega erge uien en eten geur de kamer in via de ventilatie, het was geen fijne geur.

Het is schoon maar er zou nog meer aandacht aangegeven kunnen worden.

Daarnaast was de leuning van onze stoel kapot, niet dat we het hebben gebruikt maar voor het zicht niet heel netjes.

Pros:

Je zit echt naast de central market. Je loopt ook gemakkelijk Chinatown in of naar independence square.
Het zwembad is heerlijk om even af te koelen

Stanza essenziale ma accogliente e pulita.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse e nonostante al di sopra di una via molto frequentata camera silenziosa.
Bottigliette d’acqua a disposizione ogni mattina molto utili.
Check out tardi (entro le 12) e comodo.
Staff cordiale e gentile.

Cons:

Aria condizionata un po rumorosa, spesso si attivava e disattivava molteplici volte in poco tempo.

Amazing location and very good value for money
Pros:

Great staff service. Very prompt and welcoming. Location is amazing. In the heart of Chinatown so most places are either walking distance or under 15 minutes by cab.

Cons:

Bed could have been cleaner on arrival but was fixed as soon as we informed the staff.
