The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, with varied choices. Great area to stay, quiet, and the bed was the most comfortable I've experienced. Will happily return to this little corner of KL again.
Location right in the heart of Chinatown market area. Staff were helpful.
Room was not very clean and was very small.
Wonderful location. Just next to the Central Market, but still located on a street with easy access for taxi's. The room was comfortable and cute, and the staff very friendly and helpful. It felt like a luxury hotel experience provided on a budget.
The breakfast was a bit boring and bland, largely western menu when there is so much amazing local food around the hotel.

De kamers ware niet zo groot maar goed ingedeeld met prima badkamer en toilet. Er werd iedere dag goed schoongemaakt en koffie, thee en water klaargelegd. De staf was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De "Central Market" ligt er tegenover. Met de betere souvenirs, veel kleding, en veel kleine en schone restaurants. In 5 minuten loop je naar Petaling Street voor de avondmarkt of naar Little India om stoffen te kopen. Ook Masjid Jamek is vlakbij. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen.
Het hotel kan er niets aan doen maar alle bomen zaten vol spreeuwen en dat stonk.

Close to everything (once we got our head around KL’s layout:)) the staff are lovely and very friendly.
The only issue I had was the room smelt damp. We left the electricity on when out to leave the bathroom fan going and that sort of solved the issue. Listening to the homeless guys carry on occasionally made it feel a bit sad, but it’s like any inner city hotel in that regard.
Central location - overlooking Central Market. The friendly staff that greet you at the door. The rooftop pool to cool off in the middle of the day. The room is cool, great shower (takes a while for the hot water to come on). Comfy bed. Huge bath. Layout of the room excellent with good space for two suitcases. Breakfast is small but everything is fresh and choice of western and malyasian foods. Great coffee and tea options.
Comfort of the mattress and lively location
Location was great, next to large market. Good breakfast and the pool was fantastic to use.
Le charme et le confort de l'hôtel , l'emplacement, la propreté , le petit déjeuner , la petite piscine sur le toît ,un bon rapport qualité prix. à distance de marche du marché du fameux Petalin street , de L'Istana Negara etc.. je recommande
Rien en particulier. Peut être améliorer le petit déjeuner pour avoir plus de choix dans les salés et sucrés comme les normes malaisiennes de ce type d'hôtel
Location of the accomodation is good in the morning. It is also reasonably cheap. Staff are friendly and there's also a security at the front.
There was a bit of smell in the bathroom and the facilities are a bit old. The location is great in the morning, but there seems to be quite a bit of homeless around at night. Luckily there's a security at the entrance of the accomodation.

浴室没有防滑垫，洗澡后很光；空调声音很大，影响睡眠。

Me pareció desubicado, llegar a las 9.00horas y que la habitación este lista y que nos indiquen que tenemos que pagar 20 euros si la queremos utilizar antes de la 13.30. somos clientes de hace años y aunque no lo fuéramos esto indica falta de cortesía. Otra cosa es en la salida ya que se entiende que tienen que entrar otros huéspedes. Una actuación fea.
