A comfortable stay with excellent facilities, though the check-out experience needs improvement.

Great breakfast, excellent location, and overall a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the check-in experience was excellent. The staff during check-in were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the start.
However, the check-out experience was quite disappointing. The staff on duty did not appear customer-friendly and seemed unfriendly, with no smile or warm greeting despite us being polite and smiling throughout the interaction. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the consistency of its customer service.
