Pros:

Value for money for a 2 bedroom unit with good breakfast. Next to the UTM KL mosque, just go down to the ground floor have shops and restaurants.

The affordability of the place and the strategic location which is near to amenities

Cons:

The packing is costly and troublesome, as a hotel guest you do not get a flat rate for the whole stay, instead you have to validate your touch and go card at the reception counter after 4 hours of your stay. The worst part, reception is only till 11pm. If you go out after 11pm and have not yet validate your card, good luck in paying a full day carpark rate!.UTM should charge a flat rate for guests and the payment to be done once during check-in just like other hotels namely Sunway Putra Hotel that only charges RM 13 for carpark during check in for the whole stay and hotel guests can go in and out anytime.

Location is very strategic, worth the money.

Cons:

During this stay, the pillow is too hard on my head and caused strain on my neck (not usually the case). Water pressure for the shower is also low.
