Overall, a pleasant stay but some areas definitely need better management.
Pros:

Good breakfast, just needs more variety.

Good location, right in the city center and close to everything.

Many shops available within the hotel too.

Cons:

Shower cleanliness needs improvement. Also, the hallway from the lift to the room could be cleaner and more well-maintained.

Parking was troublesome. The machine couldn't accept credit cards, so I had to use a TnG card, but luckily I could use my IC to reload and pay. Also, the rates are expensive; there is a discount, but it wasn't clearly mentioned, so I ended up paying the full expensive rate on my first day.
