great location, away from the city skyscrapers, but close enough.
Pros:

the breakfast buffet was a typical Malay breakfast. Sometimes I think this is better that a breakfast trying to combine all different cultures. You feel that you are in Malaysia…from breakfast time. If you have meetings at UTM, this could not be a better location to stay.

Cons:

The infrastructure seems bit unmaintained. The water stopped one day, took several hours to fix. I stayed in a apartment with a spacey living dining kitchen area. But the table to eat was tiny, no pots or pans to cook, so we could not cook anything.

Cons:

Hotel mengalami masalah air di Tower 1. Kami terpaksa guna tandas di Tingkat 6 (common area). Kami juga pulang awal dari perancangan untuk mandi di rumah masing-masing.

Good if you‘re on a budget, want a great view but can handle a not very clean room.
Pros:

Great view, quite decent breakfast for being free, lots of restaurants in the same building

Cons:

Bit far from the city but fine if you take a Grab, the room isn‘t cleaned very thoroughly and the AC is INSANELY loud
