Amazing place,value for money..staff is very nice but fixed menu gives you hostel like vibes.
Pros:

It was good..service was amazing.

Cons:

Maintainance can be better..shower tap was broken and geyser was not working also we couldn't Taylormade our meals as menu was fixed...like it or not have to eat what they serve you.

Terrible Service and Unclean Facilities
Pros:

We had a very disappointing stay. The room was untidy upon arrival, and to make matters worse, the AC wasn’t working. When we brought it up with the reception, the staff insisted we had booked a Non-AC room. However, we clearly had booked an AC room, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, the reception guy gave a very immature response, saying, “They haven’t updated it on the booking website.” That’s not an acceptable excuse.

On top of that, the bedsheets had visible stains, which made the whole experience feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall, not at all worth the money, and definitely not a place we’d recommend or return to.

Totally we enjoyed everything
Pros:

The property is well maintained and it is still going to be good.
Food we can order as per our request and pool well maintained and fire camp will be available.

Our stay at Coorgnest was fantastic! The rooms were clean and inviting, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the delicious food paired perfectly with relaxing by the inviting swimming pool.

Pros:

Very very poorly maintained rooms , dirty bedsheets, age old beds with plenty of bed bugs. While booking, they told the rate is including dinner and breakfast, but to avail that we have to travel eight kilometres to another hotel.Drinking water,soap, towel were not available in room. Overall the stay at this place was nightmare. My humble request is to never choose this property.

the property is not maintained well, if its clean and green it will be beautifull

property has a vast area, its not maintained well, enough spaces are there between buildings actually there is nothing to be impressed except the area

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms were not clean and hygenic , swimming pool is not maintained properly , ac was not working, fans were slow and it was fixed as the nuts are loose..
