Een zware ontgoocheling voor onze gezin.
Pros:

Enkel Elemike had empathie en kon ons deftig en correct bedienen. Waarvoor dank.

Cons:

Totaal geen familiehotel zoals genoteerd op jullie website. 1/3 gekleed en 2/3 naakt. Kinderen waren zwaar ontgoocheld. Voor alles moest bijbetaald worden. Zwembad, handdoeken en de mannen moesten een spannend zwembroek aankopen want een short was verboden.

SPA et la chambre, le restaurant avec bcp de choix de plats et c’est délicieux.

Ligging van de kamer. Aan de atraatzijde, en dicht bij de voordeur, in het begin van de gang. Nogal veel kawaai van aankomende gasten ‘s nachts.

Ik vindt het onaangenaam.

Het was still..

Cons:

Ik vond het erg vervelend dat ik voor het ontbijt een straat en een grote parkeerplaats moest oversteken. De inrichting van het hotel gaf me bovendien het gevoel alsof ik in de hal van een gebouw sliep. Het stond aan de kant van de weg en de faciliteiten waren ver. Geen vriendelijke personeel.

Peronnel sympa, mauvaise literie et pas d'isolation acoustique. Petit déjeuner non qualitatif

personnel accueillant et chateau magnifique

Cons:

petit déjeuner peu qualitatif, pas de fruits hormis des pommes, beaucoup de produits surgélés
au niveau de la chambre, la literie n'est pas confortable et les ressorts sont trop souple. lorsque mon partenaire se retournait dans le lit, cela faisait bouger tout le matelas, horrible pour dormir.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisés, on entendait les autres clients de de l'hotel prendre leur douche ou rentraient dans leur chambre.
Spa sans plus, pas de sauna au dela de 70 degres dans la zone normal. il faut aller coté nudistes pour profiter du sauna à 80. Il y a sois disant un bain glacé mais il n'était pas froid...

The bed could have been more comfortable, and I would prefer that the lights in the toilet and shower room were not on an automatic sensor, because it makes it very bright on your eyes when it switches on suddenly in the night
