Bad experience.
Pros:

Water in pool was good. Hospitality in reception was good.

Cons:

When I booked the room, the hotel sent me a message that the pool area is divided into a nude and a clothed section. I went and was very surprised to see that at first the locker rooms were together for both women and men, and later some completely naked people came there, I was with my family. And I almost had a mental breakdown from shame. I had a very bad experience, so much so that at 03.00 in the morning I left the hotel and went to another place. It was really a very, very bad experience

Pleasant stay, the spa experience in particular made it worth it
Pros:

We had a really lovely and relaxing stay at this hotel and spa. The wellness area is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, exactly what we needed to unwind. The spa facilities are well-maintained, and the whole atmosphere makes it easy to switch off and relax.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. It felt like a great start to the day. The bed was also extremely comfortable, and we slept very well overall.

Cons:

The only downsides were related to the location and layout. Because the hotel is close to the airport, we could hear airplanes taking off and landing at times, which might bother light sleepers. Also, the standard rooms are located in a separate building, so you need to walk outside to reach the restaurant and spa area, which is a bit inconvenient, especially in bad weather.

Nice little room at a very good price.
Pros:

We were in the extension part of the hotel. A little less convenient and connected than the main hotel being at the opposite end of a large car park and across a road. That said a 5 minute walk. The room was very nicely done. Very good price. And of course easy access to the spa.

Cons:

Just the being a little bit of a walk away.

Déçue du rapport qualité prix pour l'aspect nuit à l'hôtel
Pros:

Les thermes sont très bien.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner qui n'offre rien d'artisanal et de fait main, la plupart des aliments viennent du Colruyt (on le voyait quand le chef remettait du granola par exemple), dans une salle sombre et un décor vieillot.

Chambres "classic" de l'autre côté du parking vraiment au bord de la route même si peu fréquentée, sans âme et sans chaleur. Les chambres ont du carrelage au sol (froid) et un éclairage pas du tout chaleureux.
Le jet de la douche était faible, le matelas du lit était très mou et les draps pas soyeux.

Assez déçue du rapport qualité-prix.
