Not satisfied at all.
Pros:

Nice castle, however our Classic Twin room was in other building outside the resort. Very poor interior. Old fashioned and handicap bathroom. This was not communicated.

Cons:

Old cafetaria. Having to stay in very poor decorated room. Nothing romantic about it. Only 2 separate beds and very poor furniture.

Pas agréable mauvais rapport qualité prix
Cons:

L agencement ( chambres extérieures aux thermes et au resto).
Le personnel ( semble vraiment au bout du rouleau... pas heureux...)
Les poissons morts^^ pres du sauna extérieurs lol
La cuisine du restaurant. Franchement pas terrible et prix élevé.
Eau payante.
Le barman du bar silence : hautement désagréable.
La douche de la chambre pas pratique du tout.
Le sèche cheveux des chambres ( pour un hotel thermale ca ne va pas, 1h pour sécher un carré court^^...).
Grosse déception.
