Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Die Zimmer hatten alles, was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das Personal war absolut super, kompetent und freundlich.
Natürlich ist der Standard nicht so herausragend, wie bei Luxushotels auf Mallorca, aber man muss bedenken wo man sich befindet.
Absolut unschlagbar gut war das Frühstücksbuffet.

Bekvämt hotell i en fantastisk miljö.
Pros:

Sköna sängar, bra dusch, fantastisk utsikt från frukostrestaurangen, trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Det var ont om information - om manganet i dricksvattnet på Svalbard och om den extra frukosttimmen på helgen, till exempel. Rummet var ostädat när vi öppnade dörren - men det löste personalen blixtsnabbt. Gym saknades.

Best full service hotel in Svalbard
Pros:

Location was very convenient for walking to the shops, restaurant and the museum. The service and hospitality was exceptional.

Cons:

As we were a family of 3, our room was not in the main building so it was a little troublesome to have to put on the jackets each time we headed for breakfast and using the sauna and spa services.

God frukost. Hyggeleg og serviceinnstilte personale. Veldig stas at dei stelte i stand påskeeggjakt skjærtorsdag.

Cons:

Det var lite å finna på innandørs på hotellet for borna, bortsett frå påskeeggjakta. Det er ikkje så mykje som skal til for å leggja til rette for eit litt meir barnevennleg hotell. Me var heldigvis heldige med veret, så me brukte dagane utandørs. Elles var fasilitetane for vaksne bra. Det lukta mugg på badet og såg ut som det kom frå avløpsrøret på badet. Det hadde hatt godt av ein grundig vask.

Bad no value for money. Not a proper 4* hotel.
Pros:

Staff: v.good people but not efficient. Management's fault not their own
