Spectacular views and a warm welcome to the arctic! We loved our stay!
Pros:

The best hotel we have stayed in, the spectacular location helps but also the warm and welcoming service from all the staff, the fantastic restaurant and pub which we ate at many times during our stay, the jacuzzi’s, the atmosphere - really everything! This was our honeymoon trip and it truly was amazing! Already planning a return trip!

Pros:

Great location easy walk to main strip, groceries and key sites.
Breakfast had a lot of options and dinner in the pub was close and easy.
Tours picked us up from out the front.

Cons:

No curtains on our windows on the ground floor so everyone walking past kept looking in and there is not alot of lighting in the room its all done with lamps and very dark so hard to see.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, right at the beginning of the main street and close to the museum. The breakfast was varied, plentiful, and very high-quality and delicious. The staff were very responsive and polite. There are two very nice restaurants, and for smokers there is a wind‑protected smoking area in front of the hotel, which is quite rare for this place.

Cons:

There were three of us staying in the Junior Suite. The room is small for three adults and it felt quite cramped. We probably didn’t choose the most suitable option when making the reservation.
