Pros:

地理位置很不错

Cons:

我们住进去之后洗手台的水龙头就掉下来了 后面给我们换了房间 但是房间书桌上的灯罩也是坏的 凑合住了 最后一晚体验了温泉 结果温泉设备又出了故障

The staffs were lovely though facilities could be better
Pros:

Staff were excellent...that's what I scored them on. Dinner unduly costly
Breakfast ok.
Very very helpful staff

Cons:

Rooms were not very modern or upbeat. Toilet very old fashioned and water from shower flooded floor. Many facilities were just on demand and that might be a way of being economical and green, avoiding waste. Very shabby decor and carpets didn't look clean.

Dårlig oppfølging og krevde dobbelt betaling for 3 dagers opphold
Cons:

Vi betalte opphold via booking.com, men ble likevel krevd betaling ved innsjekk. Ingen oppfølging, kun hotell og booking.com som skylder på hverandre. 2 uker har gått og vi er fremdeles ikke refundert beløpet.

Pros:

Top plek!

Cons:

De sauna, er lagen rubber matten in de sauna (net sinds een paar dagen) en die gingen ontzettend stinken (warm rubber). Denk niet dat het goed was voor de gezondheid. De staf heeft ze meteen weggehaald en in de douche gelegd ipv sauna.

Superb location
Pros:

The location, excellent! We had a suite room overlooking the harbour and mountains beyond. We saw a lot of the view as were injured on a trip and were laid up for 3 days! Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

The room temperature! It was set at 22 degrees. Turned it down to 18 degrees on arrival but by the time we left 6 days later it had only dropped to 20.9 degrees. Spent most nights uncovered as it was so hot.

酒店地点步行到超市和商店以及海边都很方便。suite房间设施会好一点，早餐的可颂很美味。

Heerlijk ligbad!
Pros:

Dit hotel is gunstig gelegen in het centrum en heeft 2 restaurants plus sauna & jacuzzi. Die sauna kun je pas bij inchecken reserveren. Wij kwamen 1 nacht logeren en dan is het wel fijn als je zeker weet dat de sauna beschikbaar is. Gelukkig waren er nog 2 plekjes vrij. Mazzel. Verder attent personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Niets.

除了遇到个不太友善的工作人员以外其他都很不错

地址位置很方便，出行到哪里都很方便。环境也很好，住宿条件也很舒适

Cons:

酒店某个工作人员带有歧视且对待客人极度不礼貌，在2.22号早上大约九点钟在早餐接待台的工作人员，对待客户很不友好，并且还翻白眼，整个人的态度非常不友善，且有歧视现象，请贵公司再重视下员工培训管理。

Pricey but perfect for a good rest and food.
Pros:

The location couldn't be more perfect. Breakfast is amazing (I'm Turkish so I have high expectations). World's northernmost pub is in this hotel too! Nice pub. Also I could see the northern lights from my room, and often from the front entrance of the hotel as well. The room was very warm, unlike other hotels i stayed in.

Cons:

Some foul smell from the bathroom unfortunately. but the aurora view from my window made up for it
