A very comfortable and pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The staff on the front desk were terrific, very helpful, polite and pleasant demeanours. The breakfast was really good covering my needs. The location of the hotel was very central and the facilities were very good.

Najlepszy hotel na Svalbardzie
Pros:

Doskonałe śniadania,w pubie bardzo dobra sałatka z łososiem,lokalizacja w centrum miasta,autobus na lotnisko podjeżdża pod sam hotel,bardzo miła obsługa,cichy i ciepły pokój,bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko.

Cons:

Wszystko ok,bez uwag.

Gutes Hotel für den Urlaub in Longyearbyen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig. Wir waren in der Wanny Suit. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Hotelbar mit gutem relativ günstigem Essen.

Cons:

Hotelzimmer mit 370€ pro Tag nicht gerade günstig.

Cons:

nous avions réservé une suite, et il a fallu monter avec les valises au 2eme étage après avoir traversé depuis l'accueil avec des marches et pour acceder au batiment par d'ascenseur - nous avions 4 valises et sacs.
la vue depuis la chambre médiocre : vue sur les scouteurs des neignes en position hivernage.
personne pour nous aider avec les valises.

A hotel at the end of the world
Pros:

The location is great because it has easy access to everything at Longyearbyen. The breakfast was very good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The WiFi was also good.

Cons:

The rooms are basic and it is a bit overpriced.

Schönes Hotel - perfekte Lage!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, die Betten sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett - Frühstück war super!

Cons:

Kein Lift im Nebengebäude- mit unseren schweren Koffern eine kleine Herausforderung - Spar nur mit Extrakosten buchbar

Pozitiva: skvělá poloha, velký pokoj, krásný výhled z pokoje, pohodlné postele, velká rohová sedačka, lednička, možnost si uvařit čaj a kávu, dobrá snídaně

Cons:

Byli jsme ubytováni na depandancích, čili na snídani to znamenalo jít mimo budovu a samozřejmě sebou bačkory, protože je tam zvykem se v budovách přezouvat, neumím si to představit během zimy...hlavní problém ale byl nepřítomnost výtahu, takže bylo nutné kufry vytáhnout po schodech a do takových míst člověk obvykle nejede s malým kufříkem...dále vzhledem k vysoké prašnosti by to chtělo častěji a důkladněji vysávat a také by to chtělo zařízení lépe celkově udržovat - například přilepit upadlé věšáky v koupelně či zašroubovat lépe kohoutek apod. (naštěstí je manžel velmi šikovný). A také chyběly druhé zatemňovací závěsy, což bylo vzhledem k tomu, že slunce tam nyní nezapadá, nepříjemné...Celkově vzhledem k horentní ceně za ubytování bych očekávala poněkud méně omšelý stav zařízení...
