Fab stay right on Mt Buller with all the amenities
Pros:

The staff were so accomodating, the room was great and the spa was amazing after a day on the mountain.

Fabulous weekend for grandkids first ski school lessons
Pros:

Great location and most of the staff were super friendly and so helpful.

Cons:

The apartment was pretty small with a circular staircase that was a bit difficult with a toddler to manage. The restaurant was closed also

Enjoyed the staff the food and location - also the happy hour with the free drink.
Pros:

Room: it was out-of-date the 70's. The bathrooms were too old and needed updating.
Breakfast: The toasters were also too old and needed updating, they would keep breaking down. Also only having one coffee machine, where we had to go upstairs to get the morning coffee. The food was excellent.
Spa: One of our party used the spa and commented on how great it was.

Great location and pleasant hotel with Spa
Pros:

Perfect location, spa, great service, before the stay and during. Few added values that made a difference, free shuttle from car park, discounted lift passes, restaurant and drinks.

Cons:

Rooms were compact but a bit too much...toilets at top floor too small to be used.

Stay could have been nice if service was better.
Pros:

The location was good, breakfast & coffee were good.

Cons:

The attitude of the staff heading the reception. She was very rude, she shouldn't even be facing customers. We was rude to me and to our family. The rest of the staff were okay except for her.

Okay for a short stay.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Spa downstairs was great. Comfy bed. Good location for skiing.

Cons:

Ski locker was too small to fit a snowboard. Spa was lovely, but some guests were very loud. Some steep steps when carrying skis each day after skiing.
