Ein Wort reich: Katastrophal

Frühstücksbuffet lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, Zimmer katastrophal klein und eng, Betten waren wie Hängematten haben wir reklamiert wurde dann behelfsmässig mit eine Matratzen-topper etwas aufpoliert, was aber nicht zum gewünschten Wohlbefinden geführt hat, Dusche eng klein und mit dem Wasser gab es unheimliche Probleme beim duschen weil immer so zwischen durch Heisswasserphasen gekommen sind (Verbrennungsgefahr) am Samstag hat man wohl vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen. darum hatten wir dann unteranderem keine Bade-, und Trockentücher für am Sonntag Etc. bin schon in sehr vielen verschiedenen Hotels abgestiegen aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Sehr schade sehr schwach sind die Herren Chefs auch mit der Reklamation und Kritikbewältigung

Gern wieder, man fühlt sich wohl.
Pros:

Gesamteindruck war stimmig. Freundliches Personal, saubere, warme Zimmer ( Extremfrost ) und gutes Speiseangebote im Restaurant.

Cons:

Samstag war leider das Restaurant geschlossen,
was aber keinen Einfluss auf meine Wertung hat.

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Wir waren zufrieden.

Cons:

Am Ruhetag wäre es schön gewesen, wenn z.Bsp. ein Getränkeautumat zur Verfügung gestanden hätte.

Pros:

Gute Parkmöglichkeit und gute Anbindung zur Straße. Dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Gutes Abendessen im Restaurant zu angemessenen Preisen. Für Dienstreise optimal zum Zielort gelegen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super freundliches Personal, sind später angereist, war kein Problem, auch die Küche war noch offen.
