Valerie the resepcionist lady helped me alot she welcomed me so good and give me some good tips from the area(where to hang out where to go what to do) and try to comfort me as much as she could while ı stay.
A bit far from attraction. (Bangla road) but it is a good thing you can sleep well at night .💯
Resepcion personel was helpful and they try to explain what ever you ask for the area .

Attention aux touristes n’ayant pas le permis international et conduisant un scooter la police se trouve tous les jours (plusieurs fois par jour du matin au soir en bas de l’établissement).
The overall experience was good. The hosts were good, listened and auctioned to almost all our questions/queries. The included breakfast was decent.
There was a distinct smell in the lobby area. A little far from Patong Beach which I realized more when I used to physically walk to Patong side every day.
Big Room, comfy bed and hot shower. Large fridge and free water every day. Lovely kind host and room super nice. TV has a lot of channels and some are in English. Opposite to a Tops daily. The cleaner lady was so lovely and so kind.
Hot shower with good water pressure, have black out curtains but they do not buffer the street noise at all.
Room was doused in cigarette smoke, I tried my best to air it, so I bought a eucalyptus spray to try counter act the smell, but it was just too strong. All my belongings now smell of cigarette smoke This was every day and some days it was terrible, it came from each floors lobby. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. The noise from the traffic was horrible as the hotel is on the main road. n checking out they took a long time to check my room before releasing my deposit not sure why, as the hotel was not busy.

The lady in charge is so friendly so helpful and full of positive energy
Place is also clean,big rooms internet works perfectly
And she upgrade us to a massive room with balcony great view also big bathroom with bath tub definitly ll book that room next time
