Excelente localização é um ótimo valor pra se hospedar perto de tudo pra quem vai viajar saindo de Cuiabá.

Instalações novas, Netflix do hotel no quarto, wi-fi funcionando bem, estacionamento fácil.

Cons:

Infelizmente confundiram simplicidade com falta de higiene. O hotel pode ser simples, mas isso não significa que deva ser sujo. Havia teia de aranha nos cantos do teto do quarto, que não cheirava bem. Apareceu lacraia no banheiro e tinha murrinha na fronha.
