Wonderful stay, villa was brilliant and views outstanding
Pros:

Location was great easy walk to the harbour and abundance of restaurants, villa was well kept, comfortable and view is amazing

Cons:

Hotel was having a soft refurbishment and half the hotel rooms were closed so the public spaces lacked atmosphere, but we will be back to see it in its full glory.

Tres décevant…
Pros:

Spatieux. Personnel au desk aidant par moment. Le jeune homme au petit déjeuner tonique et agréable (mais on l’a pris qu’une fois car rapport qualité prix insuffisant).

Cons:

Vis à vis terrible de la villa et des extérieurs privés avec le chemins de bord de mer où des centaines de personnes passent chaque jour. Mobilier type IKEA de qualité déplorable, inadmissible pour un 5 étoiles. Ménage très superficiel, poussières jamais faites. Quand vous partez si votre petit panneau « clean the room » tombe à terre à cause du vent, devinez quoi ? La femme de ménage en déduit : pas besoin de faire la chambre ! Inadmissible. Clim très bruyante. Petit déjeuner pas au niveau. Nettoyage terrasses et piscine de votre villa à 08:45 pendant que vous terminez votre nuit ; inadmissible. Bref, ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Et vous êtes à 30 minutes de marche du centre ville.

Relax, mare e tranquillità
Pros:

Struttura all’ insegna della pace , del relax e della tranquillità. Zona piscina eccezionale, camera ampia con vista mare e piscina. Staff cortese e disponibile a ogni richiesta. Colazione ricca e abbondante sia di dolce che salato. Cameriere gentilissime.Peccato che il ristorante non faccia servizio cena , ma a cinque minuti di passeggiata si raggiunge marina Rubicón piena di locali.Playa Papagayo a 15 min di auto, attenzione alla strada sterrata.

A very relaxing short stay.
Pros:

Room, pool, pool area and breakfasts were superb. The staff were excellent. Perfect location for clifftop walks etc.

Cons:

It was a pity that the restaurant was not open for dinners. That would not have been a big issue if there had been local restaurants next to the hotel.
