L'emplacement et le personnel la chambre bien qu'il manque un peu de décoration
Il est vraiment dommage que cet établissement n'est pas de restaurant pour le soir
Posizione, dimensione camera, dimensione e panorama piscina.
Colazione non all'altezza di un Hotel 5 stelle, in tre giorni impossibile ottenere un caffè (americano con poco caffè) come richiesto nonostante specificato varie volte, crepes fatta in cucina arrivata fredda immagino fosse decongelata, varietà dell'offerta del self service scarsa, così come la qualità e la presentazione del caldo.
Fatto presente in reception, mai ricevuta alcuna risposta.
Arredamento della sala colazione decisamente troppo minimal con tovagliette anche macchiate.
Piscina molto bella e scenografica, ma con mancata manutenzione come del resto in molte altre parti dell'Hotel. Terrazza della camera sporchissima e mai pulita durante il soggiorno.
Personale mediamente gentile ma non professionalmente all'altezza della categoria dell'Hotel.
Una sola tipologia di cuscino in un Hotel di questa categoria non l'ho mai trovata.
Al checkout nessuna domanda su come fosse andato il soggiorno.
La struttura è molto bella, le camere sono meravigliose grandi e comode con una vista spettacolare sull'oceano, la colazione ottima con buffet e menu al tavolo, vicina a playa papagayo una delle piu belle dell'isola,ci tornerei volentieri.
La palestra la migliorerei poco fornita, avevo prenotato appositamente per quella però va beh tutto il resto merita il soggiorno
El hotel es una maravilla. Habitación enorme y confortable, con vistas a la piscina y el mar. Desayuno espectacular, además de la inmensa variedad y calidad de la comida del buffet hay camareros que te atienden y tienes a tu disposición un carta de desayunos para pedir (crepes, tortillas, gofres, etc). Es la primera vez que voy a un hotel solo para adultos y es una pasada, se agradece el silencio en las zonas comunes. Parking gratuito en la misma puerta del hotel. También tienes cerca todo tipo de servicios y tiendas, un centro comercial, etc.

It was absolutely stunning inside and out, the pool was fabulous, our suite was amazing and our outside patio overlooking the pool and the surrounding landscape. It was faultless

Lovely quiet hotel in a fantastic position with beautiful views & in a close proximity to the Rubicon Marina that has plenty of good restaurants to choose from.
There were several people smoking within the vicinity of the pool area.
One guest also drinking from a glass at the side of the pool.
The swimning pool needed a proper clean around the perimeter base which was covered with black dots of dirt. Similar problems with the drain covers surrounding the pool.
I didn't see any evidence of a life guard or member of staff keeping an eye out for guests not keeping to the rules which were clearly signed.

Le personnel a l’accueil et au petit déjeuner est vraiment très agréable et prévenant.
Il n’y a pas de restaurant, seulement un service snack à midi. Cela ne nous a pas manqué mais il faut le savoir.
Excellent hotel for adults. Quiet, great position for Marina Rubicon, lovely breakfast and fabulous staff. Perfect room with great views.
