The beds
I liked that the place was clean.
First of all, it started during check-in time - the lady that served me advised that breakfast was included when I asked but after I got to my room, she called to advise otherwise. I then found out that the TV remote control was not available.
Secondly, I didn't like how the staff treated me, especially female staff. Their attitude towards me in the bar during karaoke.
Finally, when I checked out. I was charged for my key deposit (K100) because the housekeeping lady found a little betelnut stain the the bedcover.
That was my first stay at the hotel and will be my last.
