A luxurious suite in a stunning location.
Pros:

The suite was wonderful, with a balcony that overlooked the bay. And a sea view from our super comfy bed!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Even an early breakfast on our last day. We definitely would have liked to stay longer.

Cons:

Room not as advertised. Expected a big room with bath. Got a road side room with shower. Bed linen were damp had to get them changed. No mugs or water in room. No iron or ironing board.
Overpriced guest house with bar and restaurant.
Checkin was rushed as we came at dinner time. No reception.
Saw no one on check out.

Location was peaceful and scenic with sea front views. The room was of high standard, clean and spacious with tea and coffee facilities which were replenished daily. You couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast. Staff willing to fulfill any request. I found all the staff to be helpful, friendly and happy to advise and help in any way. We ate evening meal twice during our stay and would highly recommend the service and quality of the food served. We would be more than happy to stay at shore hotel again in the future.

Gorgeous dog friendly stay right on the sea
Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good. Room was a good size, nice shower etc. Also dog friendly which is great. The food in the restaurant was also very nice.

Cons:

It's quite loud as it's on the road but just needed to go and buy earplugs and was fine. I thought the room would be cleaned daily and the bed made like usual with hotels but it wasn't so not sure if it its classed more like an apartment than a hotel and that's why. The room was properly cleaned/ hoovered and bed made the day before we left but prior to that just the tea/ coffee cups were replaced (apart from one day which was missed which would have just been a mistake). All these things are minor and would definitely still stay again and 100% recommend.

This is a 5 star hotel, well done.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, nothing was to much trouble, very pleasant and accomodating.
The room was absolutley brilliant, comfy bed, warm in the room, everything worked, no problems whatsoever.
We had dinner in the hotel every evening, the food was fantastic, you could not ask to stay in a nicer place. (In my opinion, there isn't a nicer place.)
Excellent parking facilities, good views of the sea from the room.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The location was absolutely great. We were visiting family on the island, and they're based in Port Erin - this was better value and much better quality than the places we've previously stayed in Port Erin. The staff were great, the room was really good, and the whole vibe of the place was excellent. Could not recommend this place more. The pub and restaurant below are exceptional!

Nothing! Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had.
