Quick place to lay your head on for a night
Pros:

Location is great in middle of city. It means close by of a loop of restaurants and bars and easy to get in and out of town. There was fantastic coffee shop nearby that opens at 6am. Highly recommend. Check in was painless even though I booked literally 45min in advance. There is ample parking available. The place is geared towards traveling trades people. There is snacks and other stuff available for purchase. Checkout was possible really early in morning. And aircon worked. Overall I might recommend walk in if you handle Thai convo on room availability and price. Oh there was free water bottles too that surprised me. I just needed last minute place to stay before continuing my journey.

Cons:

Like other reviews say the mattress is hard "sheet" of plastic. Also my room had serious water damage in bathroom.

Disappointing
Cons:

Absolutely very basic, rock hard bed with no sheets just a wool blanket.
Very old tv that didn't accept a Firestick. There was a hot water kettle and a microwave in reception but that was it. Was ok for me for 1 night as I was just passing through.

Lovely friendly staff with great value, big, clean rooms with all you need for a night in a small Thai town/ restaur
Pros:

Very big room (note I booked the VIP room type), full size fridge, hot water dispenser filled, good hot water, space to sit or dry clothes outside, firm comfy bed and clean linens/towels, air con and fan. Very sweet staff who accommodates early check in and provided free lunch at restaurant next door in day 2. 7/11 nearby, town small so 30 min walk or quick taxi to both train station and/or Robinsons/Tops malls. Good for breaking up train journey from Cambodia to BKK for a night or two. Staff were the best!!

Cons:

No complaints from me, but note a small town so not very much English spoken and not a tourist hub. Don’t complain when Thais don’t speak English; Use google translate or learn a bit of Thai!
