I plan on staying there again
Pros:

The location is pretty quiet as it is just at the edge of Centro. It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. The train goes to Santiago Central Station. The bed was good and the staff amazing. Restaurants are nearby.

Superb, comfortable, welcoming, and safe.
Pros:

The staff were all super friendly, patient, and helpful. The breakfast service was great, as was the selection of food. Good internet connection, and there was a safe in the room to secure your belongings.

Cons:

Only a small thing - maybe there could be instructions for how to use the safe and the TV - I couldn't get the TV connected. But these are only tiny things.
