Ничего, отвратительный завтрак, сотрудники мошенники, просят вас отменить бронь и заплатить наличкой, а после вашего отъезда спишут с вашей карты деньги за то что вы не заселились. Прокуренные номера, постельное белье не меняют, даже бутылку воды не добавили за 5 дней

Прокуренные номера, постельное белье не меняют, полотенца поменяли один раз за 5 дней, воду не добавили ни разу.

Pros:

Receptionist was supportive person. Hot and cold water was available in washrooms. Luggage cabins were ok. Room temperature was ok.

Cons:

If you asked me i will give a very honest feedback. Before going to Georgia, i was checking feedback for every hotel. Most of the comments were deleted. So now i came to know if you put the realistic feedback they will delete your review.
No proper view — large trees completely block the front. From the balcony, only about 15% on the left side shows a bridge and a building.
Mattress was dirty at the corner (noticed when the white cover slipped off even i didn’t check full because it was already paid and i was not in the mode of taking risk to discuss with them).
Very limited breakfast space on the 1st floor near the reception. Only four small tables by the window; one kept “reserved” by an old manager without using it. I had to share a table with another guest.
The next morning, the same manager’s friend was eating directly from the buffet with his hands — very unhygienic and disappointing.
TV in the room worked one day, then stopped again. It remained unfixed for the next three days despite complaints.
Receptionist was polite and supportive.
