Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at falcon boutique. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the room was super clean and comfortable, and the whole place just felt welcoming. I’d happily stay here again.

Великолепный новый отель в прекрасном месте.
Pros:

Великолепный отель - все очень хорошо: и удобное расположение, и красивое здание, и удобные номера, и цена за номер - ниже некуда, и очень доброжелательный персонал, и прекрасное отношение к гостям. Ответы на вопросы в переписке до заселения моментальные. Новое здание с прекрасным дизайном и очень хорошей мебелью. У большинства дома нет такого качества отделки, таких высококлассных отделочных материалов и сантехники. Преимущества отеля дополняют тишина в номерах и прекрасная веранда на крыше с великолепными видами на всю центральную часть Тбилиси. Хозяин отеля - высокоинтеллигентный и очень доброжелательный человек, прекрасно владея русским языком, проводит великолепные высокопрофессиональные экскурсии в качестве гида-водителя по самым разным историческим местам как по Тбилиси и его окрестностям, так и по отдаленным районам страны.

Cons:

Единственное, что не понравилось - наличие нескольких плохих отзывов и низких баллов в оценках отеля. В этом отеле нет недостатков. Пожелания - процветания отелю и хороших гостей.

Замечательное место для знакомства с Тбилиси.
Pros:

Хорошее место и замечательные люди, рекомендую. Заказывали две экскурсии, Ника интеллигентный человек познакомил нас с Тбилиси и Мцхетой, было очень интересно и комфортно . Спасибо!

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, z przemiłą obsługą, bardzo czysto, wygodnie a co najważniejsze doskonała lokalizacja, w centrum miasta, ale cicho i spokojnie. Jedynie malutki minusik to brak miejsca parkingowego, po prostu trzeba parkować przy ulicy, jeśli jest miejsce, a jeśli nie ma to trzeba szukać na sąsiednich ulicach.

Pros:

The hotel room is clean and cosy, and the location is excellent, you have all facilities around you including the bus station and metro.
Also the wifi was strong. The 2 panorama windows were something to add more beauty to the room view.

Cons:

There wasn't any tea/coffee bags or sugar to do any hot drinks so we had to buy it ourselves.

They didn't have telephone inside the rooms so we weren't able to call the receptionist in case we needed to ask about something. So we had to go downstairs to ask someone.
