Perfekte Lage, besonders nettes Personal und Management, ausgezeichnetes Gesamtpaket.
Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man bemüht sich aber das Beste daraus zu machen.
Die Einschränkung von Schulklassen und Menschen von außerhalb welche die Einrichtungen des Hotels laufend benutzen wären sinnvoll um den Genuss für Hotelgäste angenehmer zu machen.
Schön wären auch Tischtücher im Restaurant am Strand (zumindest auf Wunsch).

Personalet var søde men ikke gode til engelsk men forsøgte at hjælpe.
Jeg er meget utilfreds med at det bestilte værelset ligger i en bygning ca 1,2 km fra hovedbygningen. Det fremgår bestemt ikke af booking.com. Det er klart en fejl når man vælger ophold pga golfbanen.

Not much to like the pictures made this look amazing. This property was absolute garbage.
The rooms they tried to put us in, had mold, the sewage pipe broke while we were there so all the room smells like poop, the staff messed up rooms and made my 86 year-old mother-in-law stay outside while they try to find his rooms for 30 minutes. No compensation or free breakfast or anything to try and make this right was offered.

Fair value for price, but infrstructure is old and not really mantained.
Lack of services. I would like a real bar restaurant in front of the sea for example.
Breakfast could be a little bit better
Perfect location on the best beach in Hua Hin. The rooms are nice and the bed very confortable. Sea view.

The view from the bungalow is amazing but only for sunrise and sunset.
The pool at the hotel is fantastic and was very quiet
Coffee shop at the end of the bungalows is very good but a little expensive by Thai standards.
Breakfast is not readily available, unless you wait for the market to open or use the hotels, The food in the hotel isnt great and at 250 bhat is expensive compared with other options like the market)
The onsite market does great cheap food - highly recommend using this for lunch
Huahin is not too close so you are a bit out of the way - taxis into Huahin can be difficult to get (use Grab and Bolt app)
Food places along the beach (20 mins walk) are excellent too and a good option for Dinner at night, but watch for tide times as you might not ne able to walk back
The bungalow is on a public beach, so is very busy from 10am, beach vendors start hammering in umbrellas from 7-8am literally 5 meters from your bedroom, the beach can then get very busy especially on holiday days we were their over xmas and new year. The locals arrive in big family groups and cook ect outside the bungalow. Theres nothing wrong with this they are friendly and just having family fun but you should know that this is your view for most of the day. On busy days the bungalows become a short cut from the carpark to the beach so you will have random people walking through the attached garage to the beach.
Regarding the bungalow - When we got there the fridge was off and when we plugged it in we werent sure it was working - it took a long tim to get cold (why not switch it on before we arrive?). There are very few plug sockets in the bungalow, the one the fridge plugged into was a double socket but they are old and anything plugged in can stop working as the plug isnt tight against the terminals. The only other plug is in the back bedroom, there are no plugs in the main bedroom.
The lock on the front door is flimsy at best and you only get 1 key, there is a padlock clasp on the door so take a combination padlock then you dont need to share a single key.
Rats - there are manhole covers next to each property and these seem to be frequented by Rats, if your sat on the balcony you will see these running around and getting food from the bins on the beach (which again are 2-3 meters away from the property.)
There are big pine trees outside the bungalow these deposit a decent amount of foliage on the porch are every day, there are also a lot of pigeons that do quite a lot of pooing on the decking area outside the front door. Housekeeping doesnt clean this us.
The drain in the bathroom was slow at draining so as you shower you are going to be stood in a few cm's of water quite quickly. housekeeping didnt show up for the first 5 days

Great location
Location was nice - close to a lovely public beach - which does get busy. Need taxis to get anywhere and it can be difficult to get a taxi out of the hotel as it is a bit out of the way
Dated hotel - felt a bit 1970s and unloved . There are 2 separate hotels one is much newer and nicer. But you don't know this until after you have booked based on the better pictures. And the rooms with sea views are in the older hotel complex.
